I love Smoothie King but this location sucks. It was supposed to be open. The sign even said open but the doors were locked. Saw an employee working inside who had told another customer he would be open in a couple minutes. 20 min later same employee walks out and asks “are you guys waiting” we said yes and he said well it’s going to be another hour before I’m ready. Then closed the door and took off walking down the street. I will never return.

The smoothies are really good, some of my favorites but that’s only if you can get one when they decide to be open. The hours on their door do not reflect their actual hours of operation. And google says they close at 6 but even just today I went at around 5:28 and they were already locked up and GONE. It’s frustrating to have a smoothie king that is only open when it feels like it seems.
They charged me twice for a smoothie, when I called the girl had an attitude (as if someone is forcing her to work there) and said she didn’t know my situation and if I had actually been charged twice for the smoothie (as if I’m hard up for $7 when they’re the ones working for $8/hr….). The smoothies here usually taste watered down and they never have bananas.
How are you going to have one person working, that leaves right in front of me, and puts a sticky note on the door that they’ll be back when I am trying to buy a smoothie.
I have attempted to get a smoothie on three separate Sundays. Each time, the business has been closed for an assortment of random issues. Today, there were actually people in the store, the lights were on, and the open sign was illuminated. When I walked inside, the employee said “we’re closed, because I’m the only one the showed up to work today.”

bro I love smoothie king but why is the hillsborough location always closed? I literally chose where I lived bc I was close to smoothie king. Can y’all please open back up
