Why go anywhere else for wine in downtown? SWW has a friendly, informative crew. They sell wonderfully curated wines from all over the world. The store is cozy and inviting you to stay for a glass of wine or two.

A Great Find! Such a great vibe to enjoy a glass or more of some fantastic wines. Just dropped in there for first time last evening but definitely will not be the last. Staff was very knowledgeable, super friendly and willing to share her expertise. I had called earlier in the day to inquire about a particular but hard to find type of wine and was told they had some and was awed to find out they had put it on ice for me! Already looking forward to the next time I get to visit!

Walking Raleigh!Good times chatting and tasting vinos!

Mike is the best bartender in town. Super friendly, great wine selection, and nice place to hang out and have a glass at any time. Highly recommend the cheese straws. Spicy ones are the best.

We visited here while on our first day of a long weekend in Raleigh and made sure to stop again before we headed back home. Amazing selection of wine and great service!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, good variety of wines at good price points, free wine tasting every Thursday to educate your palate and expose you to both familiar and novel wine production areas, and . . . when I couldn't find a particular Spanish white vermouth, they took my number and called me the next day telling me they found a couple of bottles. How cool is that for customer service?!

Walked in to get a glass of wine and was waiting for a friend. The place was virtually empty with only 2 patrons. I sat at the bar for 5 minutes and the man behind the bar (older gentleman) didn’t acknowledge me once. My friend came in and a small group followed behind her. We sat at the bar waiting to order a drink while the man behind the bar took the newer patrons orders. He eventually walked up to us and said how are you and my friend responded “good.” He replied “no not you” and looked past her to the man behind her. At this point it had been 10 minutes since I first sat down. His quick dismissal of my friend, coupled with his refusal to acknowledge us, was enough to make us get up and walk out. He didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked out the door. My worst experience at any bar in Raleigh since moving here 6 months ago and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Sorena and Mike are great! Always friendly and ready with a suggestion for those of us with beginner's palates. We're here every week!

Super cozy wine bar tucked in Moore Square area. Mike is the best! Also makes you feel pet or the neighborhood.

Friendly bartenders and a great atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to stop for a glass of wine. You also can’t beat their bottle selection.
