I have never eaten there.... I am a carryout delivery person for a delivery agency just recently like 6/2022 picked up a other and saw a very healthy RAT run across the floor TWICE!!! So no I will not be eating there PERIOD!!!!
Tried to give this place another shot, and failed once again. Ordered Uber eats, and never received my food after waiting 2hrs and then the place closed. They’re too cheap to let actual drivers from DD or UE deliver, so they use their own delivery drivers whom don’t show up. It’s tough when you go there and get terrible service, and then equally as bad with delivery. Can’t win with this place.
I ordered on door dash and was very excited to try a new hibachi restaurant since I have recently moved to the area. The food got here and everything was cold. I do not eat meat but since I do eat seafood I ordered the shrimp hibachi. I just got 2 chicken ones instead. I also ordered crab Rangoons and didn’t get those at all. No silverware either. After reading the reviews I see this is common and I don’t plan on ordering anytime soon
Go to golden dragon or literally anywhere else. I've ordered from them 3 times (ordered different things each time in case it was me), thrown up 3 times. Shouldn't have tested it the 3rd time, but I'm a dumb, hungry college student. Can't believe I paid to miss work.
Hands-down my absolute most favorite restaurant in all of Raleigh in the RTP area. The staff is extremely friendly and playful not only with the new customers but also the college students that frequent in the restaurant. I have never liked lo mein but now it’s one of my favorite go to dishes. And if you get a chance to try their wings they’re the best I’ve ever had in my entire life from anywhere

The best Chinese food delivery in Raleigh. The chicken is good quality not like some places I’ve tried. Everything I’ve had is delicious! I’ve been eating here for 10 years.
The bag lomein came in was drenched with oil and the food has absolutely zero flavor. Awful.
I would like to say that my colleagues and I have been ordering from this restaurant for a year now. The food is delicious but our last two orders our food was cold and you can tell it wasn't fresh. When I placed my order tonight I kindly asked the man who was taking orders can he please make sure that our food is fresh. He told me I was rude and insulting to the restaurant. I simply tried to explain my concerns from before and he hung up on me . My colleague tried to call him from her phone and he picked up and said he refused my order because of how rude I was. I just want to say my colleagues and I will never order from here again!
I'd personally give it one star, but im sure some people like this stuff. For one thing, It's certainly authentic. This is the problem for me. If you are looking for standard Chinese food flavor and palate, this isn't the place for you. It's very strange taste on everything. Some sort of watered down steak sauce is what i'd describe the sauce flavor as for a few items.They do decent wantons, egg rolls, fried rice etc. But the dishes are assumedly "authentic" and for me that makes them very off putting. I've tried a few different items over the last few months, really wasn't for me. Give it a go if you want, it's not expensive, but there's better classic chinese dishes elsewhere.
