I’ve had pizza in 4 continents. I’ve had pizza in Rome. I’ve eaten pizza in New York City. I’ve never eaten a pizza more delicious than Salvio’s. Raleigh, NC… whodathunkit!! Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my whole life. No contest. Not even close. If you haven’t eaten a Salvio’s pizza go ahead and apologize to yourself… profusely… right now, you self-abnegating puritans!

I have been struggling over whether to comment or not, I love to support local business and of course a delicious pie, but this calls for it. I work in the service industry myself. I popped in for a pie to go last night. A young man was slinging dough to stretch a pie, tossing between both hands of course and then proceeded to take my order and complete the sale. Fresh dough still in his hand, well the one that didn't operate the cash register. Disgusting.

Everything was so good! The pizza was great, as were the appetizers (wings, fried ravioli)! The youth really enjoyed the Calzones and salads were a hit, too! All around excellent food and enjoyable dining experience!

Ordered delivery today from this place and I was more than pleased. Everything tasted so fresh with so much flavor, and I love that you can split gourmet pizzas in half when ordering a full pie. I ordered a half pepperoni and a half white cheese Italian and added eggplant. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

If I could give 0 stars for this location I would. I ordered from them three days in a row this week. Tuesday was the best. Wednesday was ok and Thursday was just so bad. All my zeppoles were nothing but dough. They were not cooked properly. Very unprofessional and a waste of money. I called to complain to a manager and his name is Tyler. He was very unprofessional and all he could do was apologize. The salvios pizzeria in Cary is way better with customer service as well. I will never order from here again. From now on to Cary I go.

Salvio's is just great. They keep the place very clean-- bathrooms especially. Staff is the sweetest ever, and they make great pizza! Highly suggest :)

I've ordered from them a few times and it's suprisingly good. When it comes to pizza I'm typically dominos or papa John's. This pizza shouldn't be good, with thin crust, little sauce, and not much cheese. But the tase is very balanced and lovely. The deserts are fresh and nicely portioned, and delivery time is consistent. And my son prefers this over all pizzas. They have replaced big 3 for me (papa, dominoes, the hut).

Very nice costumer service and very good lunch deals.

I absolutely love this place! Always friendly staff and the food is always got and fresh.

We have ordered pizza from this restaurant several times, and each time, it's a different experience. The pizza is nothing less than inconsistent. Sometimes the dough is thin throughout; sometimes the dough is thin but with a very thick crust; sometimes the entire dough is thick. While we've had some good pizza from here, but mostly okay pizza, tonight's experience was the worst. Our 16" pizza was blackened and burnt on the bottom, and most of the crust was, too. Whatever sauce was on the pizza must have burned off in the oven since there was no trace of sauce, either visually or gustatorily. The cheese was so salty. The pizza tasted so bad that we couldn't eat much of it and threw most of it in the garbage. I also ordered a slice of tiramisu, which was a mistake. Written on top of the styrofoam container it was delivered in was written 9/22, which I presumed to be the date it was either made or placed in the container. Today is 10/02. The tiramisu looked so old and awful, I was expecting to see mold growing. The coffee apparently used to make this tiramisu was leaking out of the sides and bottom and pooling into a gel surrounding the cake. I was scared to eat it because it clearly was not fresh and was questionable to say the least. That, too, wound up in the garbage. The only positive thing I can say is that our pizza and disastrous dessert was delivered within 30 minutes, unlike the normal 60-90 minute delivery services of some nearby competitors. I understand that restaurants are struggling during the pandemic, but come on; it's experiences like this that make restaurants go under. I'm sorry, Salvio's, we won't be giving you another chance.
