Sushi & service is really good. Portion size can be a little small for entrees but overall, sushi & food was great.

A place I'd recommend. I first heard about this place when I was brought food from here when I wanted to try a new restaurant when I was sick, and liked the flavoring and the portions, I kept this place stored as a place to visit. Coming here did not soil that expectation. Food was still good, and the waitress had a level of attentiveness that made our experience pleasant.

My family and i came in a bit late but they still let us in, we stayed in a bit late over closing hours but the staff remained friendly. The sushi we ordered was amazing and some of the best sushi you could probably get in Raleigh. The decor and aesthetic was amazing too, overall a chill and beautiful place with amazing food. I would love to come back again and recommend it.

こんにちは私の友人 (Kon'nichiwa watashi no yūjin)!!!I'll start out by saying I've lived in the Triangle for 20 years, have traveled across the country and internationally multiple times, and have eaten Sushi everywhere I've gone (I'VE EVEN BEEN TO ASIA)! I've also been to 25-30 Sushi/ Japanese restaurants in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, RTP, Cary, Morrisville, etc..So I just took 3 of my best friends to Sake house tonight (2/22/22), and we all had a great time, DELICIOUS food, and excellent customer service! I have known Chris (the former manager) over 15 years now, and now I know Angela (the current manager). As a matter of fact, I have never been to Sake House and had a bad experience! One of my friends didn't even care much for Sushi/ Sashimi, and that's all he ate and still loved it as a first-timer!! I'm glad to say he's a changed man now and loves Sushi! No offense to them by any means as I LOVE their food but I would rate Sake House number 4 or maybe 5 on my list next to: #1 M Sushi, #2 Waraji (go see Masa or Joo-Joo (sushi chefs at the sushi counter/ bar (tell them Wes and Esra sent you)). #3 City Market Sushi (you get what you pay for, so be ready to spend $125-$250 on a nice date night for 2 at these 3 locations). I'm also torn between my #4 and #5 as my everyday Sushi/ Sashimi restaurant being Akashi and Sake House! My fiancé and I have been to all of these places at least 6-20 times!!!With that said, my friends and I all ordered Sake, Beers, Sushi rolls, Sashimi, etc. (They are best known for their Sushi and Sashimi)! I hate to say it too, but I wouldn't go there for any of the other food since there are plenty of other restaurants that specialize in those.I've only ever ordered Sushi or Sashimi here for close to 20 years.. Again, Sake House specializes in Sushi, Sashimi, Nigiri, Maki, etc. My only gripe is the Sashimi is pretty overpriced here as they want $3-$9+ for a single piece?!?! Akashi, which is right down the street from me, charges $4-$6 for 3 pieces! I can even get Otoro (Fatty Tuna Belly) and Salmon Belly/ Toro/ Harasu for $6 bucks per piece. Get this, I did find a little hack to this last night (I guess I never really paid attention to this dish through all the years I've been going there) and you can get the deluxe Sashimi dinner and granted it's $30 bucks, but you get 15 pieces of Sashimi which means it brings the cost down to $2 a piece! Now that's a deal I can get down with 2-3 times a week! ???Here's a few pictures to tantalize your taste buds!!! ?P.S.. Shame on anyone who ever went here, had good experiences, didn't write a good review, and then went back on another occasion and had what they felt was not a good experience and wrote a bad review! No one can be perfect 100% of the time, and you know you aren't either!

We have eaten here several times in the last couple of months. The food is delicious which is what keeps bringing us back. I get the salmon rolls (two for $9.99) and my husband gets the shrimp fried rice. He says it's the best he's ever had. The sushi is fresh and delicious.

We went today for lunch it was our first time and sadly it will be our last. The food did not taste good. The chicken and shrimp were under cooked and slimy. Our Waiter never came back to our table to ask us how our food was much less offer us a refill on our drinks. A Lady appeared at our table that was waiting on another table who gave us the check. Service was just as bad as the food....

I love Sake House fish are fresh and amazing, and their special sesame chicken are the best!! It come with salad with housemade ginger dressing also the best and also miso soup. My kid got a hibiachi chicken and lomien with white house are super yummy also! ,higly recommend?

I’ve dined in multiple times and ordered steak hibachi and the serving portion was acceptable. So I ordered delivery (same order I get dine in) and the portion size of the meat was abysmal. I had to search for meat and found small 7 pieces of steak. If that was the original serving size it wouldn’t be an issue to me. But the meal costing more than what it would be dining in and receiving smaller portions is not okay.

I found this restaurant by accident & to my surprise I have been a regular here since. The sushi is amazing! I have tried plenty of sushi restaurants but this is one really beats them all, along with BOGO SUSHI EVERYDAY!! The staff always has good customer service, I always feel welcomed ❤️ & the atmosphere is beautiful. The best part is it's a family owned restaurant & the owner is so sweet. Will 100% recommend this place to anyone.

i love take out from this place. it’s really good. i haven’t had anything other than their sushibut tonight i went on a date with my boyfriend, and after we finished up our rolls, we discussed dessert or what else we should get. as we’re discussing what else to order, the waitress brings us the check and says “thank you”, 2 minutes after we had just finished eating.that’s very rude. the place wasn’t busy AT ALL and it made us feel rushed and unwelcome. we were going to order more. it’s poor etiquette. i’m a very frequent customer but this did turn me off.also, they have messed up my order twice. once i drove back to have them fix it to what was on the receipt. i think restaurants should allow customers to keep the made to order food when they inconvenience you. they didn’t let me keep the roll, and instead probably threw it away. ESPECIALLY when they know i order from them 4 or more times a week (bad habit lol)finally the fish can be pretty skimpy at times. but because of the low price, i don’t mind. it’s my favorite sushi place but it for sure has room for improvement.
