Found a live rat on the ground and it started screeching at me like a roach. It climbed up my leg and I was terrified I have a fear of rats. ? Never coming back. Everyone was rude to me and was racist to me.

One of my favorite bars to go with a group of friends downtown. I could drink those alcoholic smoothies they make all night! Very affordable and I love how they have a downstairs dance floor in addition to an outside sitting section for some fresh air. The bartenders are also always a lot of fun as well.

BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE! Their event postings on eventbrite DO NOT disclose that you need proof of vaccination for entry. They only state masks are required. You will not know about this policy unless you visit their website. If you happen to want a refund, you’re better off disputing with your bank because they won’t respond to refund requests. Very sneaky in my opinion.

Some nights here are really awesome! And some nights here are just plain awful. Always be prepared to have a back up plan in case you run into the latter. Don't take personal offense if the staff or clientele sometimes talk down to you, just channel your inner TaySway and shake it off.I don't agree with a lot of things management and ownership has said/done. They claim to be all inclusive and accepting of all LGBTQ+ people, but many people of the community don't feel comfortable here. Particularly people of the older trans community. And people who have put in decades of lgbtq+ activism in Raleigh to pave the path for a place like Ruby to exist, only to be dismissed and refused acknowledgement of that. That being said, the owner has created a space for many young individuals to flourish and become their true selves. A place that is the only place they can feel safe. And I'm happy the RD WW NR trifecta exists to make those individuals feel safe.

Was very excited about going had a whole event planned for a larger group of friends but will be deciding to take our business else where being that they require a proof of vaxx… we dont mind wearing a mask but in our opinions proof of vaxx is just as bad as discrimination…maybe down the road they will choose not to discriminate against customers who choose to not have the vaxx…

What can i say but yas yas yas yas Queens

It’s like that Toby Keith song“I love this bar” so many hot fabulous men …. Yeeeehaaww

Great place for experiencing and performing live music. Staff was friendly and sound engineer was competent. They divvy up the entry cost fairly among bands that play.

Fantastic little whole in the wall glitter bomb right next to the Sheraton. Great place. Cheap drinks. Awesome crowd

Great bar. Great drinks. Extremely grateful that they require proof of vaccination and masks upon entry. A must go for anyone in the city of Raleigh.
