As always, the food was very good. The service, however, gets poorer every time we visit. We rarely see anyone that was there during a previous visit.

Fatherâs Day
My husband and I went to Red Lobster in Raleigh for our anniversary. Our server, Omar, was excellent. He listened to what we didn't like and made suggestions. His recommendations were spot on. Food was excellent. I wish all servers were as knowledgeable and friendly as Omar. Just wish I wouldn't have to drive over an hour to eat at one. We would certainly go more.
Not an amazing experience. Place was pretty quiet for a Saturday night and I could see why. You don’t expect it to be an upper dining experience but too many mistakes were made to list. It was like dining in the twilight zone. “can we get some more biscuits” answered with a “no”.
Incredible change from years ago. Darius the server was outstanding, manager was great and food quality was superb for a chain. Great job!!
WIFE got LOBSTER COMBO DISH; I opted for something easy that i figured would be good as it is hard to ruin. Ordered $15.95 CATFISH w/2 sides, GRILLED; "go lite on the spices". Is there any MAC N CHEESE THAT ISN'T A SPECIAL SIDE that doesn't cost $3 EXTRA?--YES "WITHOUT BACON, IT'S PART OF MEAL!" Got that and special side BRUSSEL SPROUTS at extra $1.99. 2 small pcs spice coated burnt-looking catfish with SPROUTS that were good. "MAC N CHEESE" was large curl mac noodles with runny YELLOW CHEESE poured on them--NO BAKING, GOOEY. Ate 1 burnt dry, bitter "fish: AWFUL. Waitress apologized when she brought them . Told waitress that the meal was awful. gooey mac was $3 extra charge $86 MEAL did leave her a 20% tip anyway! Where was management, kitchen Q/C?
I had such a great experience here. From the hostess to the waitress to every staff member I saw, nothing but friendliness and fantastic service. I got the Wednesday Surf & Turf special and it was delicious! It's been decades since I've been to a Red Lobster and I was so impressed by this location. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Plus, a 97% sanitation rating to boot!
