I absolutely love the Americana veggie burger

It’s so great to have healthy options right here in the neighborhood! Our family loves to take bike rides and stop by Pure Juicery for a smoothie or juice to refresh. They were temporarily closed due to staffing shortages but we are so glad to see they’re back in business and adding to their menu!

I was in the area after dropping my son off at the airport on mother's day ? and needed a little pick me up. Searched for vegan restaurants in the area and Pure Vegan Cafe was at the top of the list and had great reviews. The atmosphere was nice. It was cute. I waited a little longer than expected for the food because they were making fresh fries but IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! I ordered the Buffalo ranch fries and the Americana burger. I wanted to try the spicy sandwich but I'm not a big soy person.I ate my food on the way home and the fries were the first to go. They were delicious. Too much rosemary but still delicious and flavorful. I was questioning the burger because it looked like a real burger! Lol the taste was on point and had me wishing I purchased two!!! The cupcake wasn't overly sweet, it was moist and flavorful as well. I will be stopping by the next time I am in the area!

I got the CHIPOTLE SALAD w/ Chicken. Best salad I have ever laid my eyes upon. The taste was amazing and each bite snapped with freshness. I got a smoothie and sipped it while listening to some funky jazz. I have a crush on Lydia now. I mean if your girl can cook like this she’s marriage material. Quite and eclectic group of people coming in and out who are sooo excited about amazing VEGAN food. Much gratitude Pure Vegan Cafe!!??❤️

Wonderful place to get breakfast. We got chicken and waffles and a breakfast sandwich. They were sooo tasty, one of the best vegan breakfasts I’ve ever had. The sandwich was awesome and the chicken is incredible, so flavorful. Also the lattes are pretty great. A cute restaurant to hang out in the morning.

We really enjoyed our visit here! The staff were really nice. They had great food options including gluten free. We enjoyed burgers, chicken sandwiches, waffles, the chipotle bowl, and fries. All very good. Something we also liked was they had local artists artwork on the walls, and the proceeds purchasing them go to a local animal sanctuary! So we took one home! Another thing worth noting is they're open every day, as it seemed all the other vegan places in town were closed Monday or had random hours. So you can count on them to always have vegan food for you, any day of the week.

PURE VEGAN CAFE.First things first, I’m a meat eater. This place has only vegan options. My wife is a vegetarian, we comprise often on places to eat when we our out of town on work trips.I have often tried bean burger & fake meat burgers as well as other plant based options, this was my first experience with the amount of options this cafe offers. I decided to try the PVC burger because I do some plumbing work and thought the name was funny. This burger was a blend of many veggies, unlike anything I’ve had before. Juicy & tasty, I also had Buffalo ranch fries bringing my total to $17. Pricey for my lunch meal, worth it. I’m a pretty picky eater, I only eat select veggies and that only depends on how they are cooked. If your significant others been persuading you to try this place, I promise there’s something you’ll enjoy!Cheap if you consider how expensive it is to make vegan food FAST.Making it so dang tasty deserves 5 STARS

I have gone to pure numerous times and I understand when there are mess ups with missing items, but today has been the worse trip yet. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch but there was no bacon on it. I paid for extra cup of ranch in which I never received, not the first time. I also asked for pickles which they also forgot. She even repeated my whole order to me and what she said what correct, but what I received wasnt. Finally I ordered the Mac and cheese and there was literally no cheese sauce. I understand that ingredients run out during service but giving a heads up would be nice.

Tried this place out for my birthday. Tried the avocado toast, green juice and purple bowl. The toast is super spicy. I loved it but was surprised. Take note if you don't like heat. Purple bowl was really good. Not too sweet. Very balanced. Wheatgrass was a little weak But overall fabulous. We will be back.

Visiting Raleigh for the weekend and decided to stop here for breakfast. This place has a large variety of vegan options which seems to be hard to find in North Carolina. I loved the options of vegan ‘comfort food’. Ms. Tina who was assisting us was really friendly and helped us choose what to get. Our food turned out amazing!! I had the Golden Latte, the breakfast burger, Brussel sprouts, and mac & cheese. The breakfast burger was AMAZING, the taste of bacon and egg complimented the burger. The mac & cheese was delicious and the golden latte was refreshing. The Brussel sprouts were alittle too sweet, I would definitely recommend adding more spice like red pepper flakes, chili powder or more Sriracha to balance the sweetness. I currently live in Charlotte, please bring Pure Vegan Cafe to the QUEEN CITY!!
