Ive been coming to this same Publix for over 2 years specifically to the deli.I usually have a great experience. Today was not the case. I was ignored at the deli counter by one of female workers. When I was finally asked what I wanted I gave my regular order for the stone white bread for a full sandwich . Any other Other time that I have placed this order I’ve been given 4 slices of bread to make a full sandwich. Today they argued that that has never been the case.and refused to make my sandwich as requested. I won’t be coming back to this location. Please train your workers on customer service and standard operation procedures. I’d advise you to go anywhere else but here.
I know there are folks who love Publix but I not one. I don't avoid it but I just have trouble navigating the layout. I just wanted a drink. Figured I'd head to the premade meals/deli counter. The only drinks with a cooler of tea & lemon aid, none of it low cal. Ended up getting a diet soda at the register. Running into 7-11 would have been quieter. It's a fancier store but for me, it isn't a benefit.
Store is always very clean and well stocked. My preferred bakery for cakes; they are excellent. They also have the best hot chicken drumsticks. Can pre-order larger quantities for pickup.
We like this Publix a lot. We don't find a lot of good deals/specials, but the service, meat and produce sections are worth it, although it would be nice if they offered better deals.You can go into any other grocery store in the area and there are either not enough registers open or there isn't anyone bagging. Anyone that shops at the store across the street will agree. At this Publix, the managers aren't afraid of bagging and doing some menial work, because it helps the customer and the cashier.I also like they fact that there are enough employees working in each department, so if you have a question you can ask. It also helps speed up shopping.I will gladly pay Publix prices as long as they keep up the customer service.
The store is always Clean, they always have fresh fruit and produce. Staff ensures fully stocked items. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pleasant and enjoyable experience everytime! I love it!
First time visiting Publix and was impressed. I've never experienced a grocery store with a nice minimalist aesthetic, diversity in products, and good value all in one. Love that the bakery/deli section offers a variety of foods including healthier food options. I got a guava turnover pastry and a Jerk Turkey sandwich from the deli. About the same price as a Subway, but better in quality.
My new favorite grocery store. I can't wait to return. I found more than I could have even imagined. Perfect all around. Even the coloring set my daughter got when we left made her entire night. Normally I shy away from shopping at stores that seem high dollar, but I would definitely shop here. I found so many healthy foods and to try different fruits and foods was amazing. Long story short, I will be back!!
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST Publix store in the Raleigh area!! I have shopped Publix for 34 years, and this store and it’s staff and manager Mike is by far an example of quality and care! THANK YOU!Corporate in Florida I hope takes note!
I always have a great experience shopping here. If you aren't aware, Publix gives free fruit for children, as well as a free cookie. I come to this store at least a few times a week because my 20 month old son loves the free banana, from there I walk around and explore the buy one/get one promotions in the store.The Publix subs are great as well if you've never had one, way better than actual sub stores. My only complaint is the deli (where subs are made) can be slow at times - can take 10-15 minutes before I get a sub!Regardless, still a great blend of excellent service, good value, good products, and just an overall pleasant experience!
Great bakery including special order cakes, great hot deli and sliced deli too!Not fond of their salads ie coleslaw & macaroni but that could just be my tastes. Wonderful customer service. Haven't bought fish or meats as they are a bit more expensive than other local stores but the departments always look clean and fresh. Also just found out you can place orders at fish counter that they normally don't carry in the store.
