I don’t know if this is the restaurant manager or what but she is taking pride in the restaurant parking lot. In the fast food industry I know the pay isn’t always sufficient. This woman deserves a raise and Recognition. Great food and service through the drive thur.
Decided to get chicken nuggets...which I haven't ordered anywhere in decades. These things were great...tender and nicely cooked! I became an instant fan of them. I love the chicken sandwich from here and now I can add the nuggets!
This business is not doing well at all. They need more help and the quality they are putting out is really showing it. My lemonade drink had a different taste (which I poured out) and it had residue in the bottom of the cup. The machine may need to be cleaned out but it reflects the lack of staff I assume.Hopefully no one will get sick!Drive through line... CHECK YOUR FOOD! things were wrong and missing with my order.
I ordered a 4 piece tenders and a 4 piece chicken dinner. We got drinks and 2 dinner boxes. When we opened them at home, we didn’t get the 4 piece chicken tenders. They put 2 small pieces of chicken in the second box. What a scam
Line in Drive thru so went inside with only 1 person ahead of me. Ordered the fish sandwich combo. The fish sandwich is very good and big. Probably the best of any Fast Food restaurant, plus its flounder. The fries were fresh and hot. So good forgot to take pic. for my review.
This is my first visit to the restaurant. The menu choice I had wanted was sold out as well as one of the sides I chose. The butterfly shrimp I finally ordered taste good just a little more batter than I like. I was not sure about the two drinks I got so I discarded them because we're diabetic but no one asked for our choice. Though the food was ok, I probably will not return. First impressions are important. Mine was not great.
I was pleasantly surprised that the drive thru staff were friendly and my order was correct. Which is almost a rare occurrence at other fast food venues. My tenders were hot and fresh
I'm not here to be rude or disrespectful; I'm just giving this low-scoring review based on the poor customer service. I cannot believe this dark-skinned young lady with eye shadows and a copper-burgundy pulled-back hairstyle with a merchant ID 334321C52881 would stand in front of my face and flat out lied to me about the flounder fish sandwich. I thought I was supposed to try that sandwich with tartar sauce and pickles to see how good it would taste even though I paid for the combo. But instead, I looked at the sandwich and tasted it after I got my order and actually turned out to be pretty much of a plain chicken breast fillet sandwich (with barely nothing on it although it was good) instead of that flounder fish that has been advertised on TV commercial. I know I don't believe everything I see, but just say you're out of flounder fish sandwich up front if you don't have anymore of them in stock instead of just flat out lying to me and just handing me the chicken sandwich with barely nothing on it before I could have went to Mayflower Seafood Restaurant across the street for lunch specials. This is why I totally disagree with the way customer service treated me earlier this afternoon, and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone else after all the scrolling down on some lowest reviews and finding out that some other customers have been witnessing some careless, nonchalant, annoying, intimidating, manipulative and not-so-friendly attitudes from certain employees who work there. I'm saying this because I am not the only one who witness a bad attitude from the same female employee who doesn't give any decency to ask me if I was dining in or carrying out or whether I wanted in sauce for my food or not. And oh, I also witnessed the employees didn't seem to care about double-checking my order to make sure if it was the correct food item before I even picked it up. So, sadly to say, I am not coming back to this place if these employees continue to show bad attitudes, and they can please miss me with their intimidating and belligerent comments talking about me not coming back here then. I hope they are ashamed of themselves for thinking that it's okay to get away with getting over on their customers especially me. They have the wrong one today, so they can lose me as a customer if they thinking I'm joking which I'm not. I'm just calling it out like it is today. Because of this poor customer service, I know that I am thankful enough not to come here ever again if these careless employees don't get there facts straight. I know what I ordered.
Stopped for lunch approximately around 12:50pm. Used drive thru for convenience only to be looked at by employee at the window like a creep for wanting extra ketchup. Lunch rush is one thing, but to have to repeat myself 4 times is a bit much even if she didn’t hear me the first two times. I believe she was too busy taking the next order but never once looked back at me and ask if everything ok. Instead she gave me an uncomfortable look that I’m too often familiar with growing up in unnamed areas. Bottom line attitude adjustments need to be made in order for a business to thrive today and hers said take your money somewhere else and pay their employees Salary….and that’s exactly what I’m doing from now on and my company as well. You never know who your dealing with until it’s too late and million dollar idea is lost from your grasp!!!
Would absolutely give zero stars if possible. My friend and I visited together and went to the drive through, waited 30 minutes to get to the window when there were only 5 cars in front of us. Then after ordering waited another 30 minutes at the window where we did not get anything. I went inside to talk to a manager and hopefully get food, was completely ignored while I saw at least 3 workers in the back laughing together on their phones and one worker continually going in and out of the store for no apparent reason. Ended up leaving the store after spending 30 dollars for nothing. Absolute waste of time and space. Avoid coming here at all costs.
