Store was closed to walk ins but we used the drive thru and everything went quickly and food was great.
My son and I had great service here. Short staff, however, manager that was there at the time needs to be promoted. He went the extra mile to assure ALL customers and drive-thru were satisfied before they left THIS POPEYES!
Bean and rice are authentic flavor. Chicken pieces are on the small side but good seasoning.

I love popeyes and their chicken. This location had great service and got my order right. I would highly recommend their strawberry lemonade it is amazing!!
Service was terrible, the line was long for the drive thru so I decided to go in stood there for at least 10-15 min before I was even acknowledged, they are most likely shorthanded but some one could have at least said sorry for the wait or I will be with you in a min to me and the other costumers waiting to order. Got my food and another gentleman right before me said he had been waiting for 20min, and his order was by no means a large one. Will definitely avoid this Popeyes at all cost in the future.
Rude to me, rude to my father, shorted our order, then argued with me over the coleslaw left off order. Rude, rude rudeMy elderly father came in to the store to use the restroom facility and the young man locking up tried to throw him out. Even after my father explained that he was about to have a restroom emergency. My father said it's in the bushes or here, and that rude kid actually said..."well not here." My dad being my dad went past rude boy number one anyway to relieve himself.As this is happening, (unawares to me) I am standing at the counter waiting, waiting, waiting.... finally an employee walks past the counter, and never once breaks stride or looks my way as he shouts, "WE'RE CLOSED!!!"***I will met Rüde Boy number two in episode two or as i like to call it, Rude boy number two and the coleslaw.....When we went through the drive thru because the store was closing inside for COVID measures the super employee of the month behavior continued ...When they shorted our order I had to go knock at restaurant door...they completely ignored me..So I walked up to the window. They tried to shoo (yes shoo) me away. Then......They actually argued with me about the coleslaw...told me, ' the manager assures me it is there. Packed it herself.'. . I say, 'nope'.So they hand me a coleslaw single...i say,' it was a family meal.'...they say managers says 'blah, blah, blah.'...''i say you or the police are welcome to come inspect my vehicle for the 35cent in coleslaw you think I have stashed in there or you can just give me my GD coleslaw!'' 90% sure they spit in it.So I spent 60$+ to be talked down to, ignored, insulted and to cap it all of the meal was awful. The one exception being the fries. Everything else was oversalted, overcooked and served with a major side of lip.Don't waste your cash.
The spicy chicken sandwich was amazing. It's an incredibly large portion of flaky, juicy chicken on a buttery delicious bun, with a moderate amount of their proprietary spicy sauce to kick it into overdrive. I thought the fries were just ok. Good service here.
Ordered pick up from Grubhub but their dining room was closed. They said I have to wait in drive through line to pick up my order. I have to wait for another 20 mins for the pickup order…. Ridiculous, they shouldn’t accept pickup order if they can’t
I was next in line because everyone had ordered already, firstly the dark skin lady (cashier) was taking forever to come to the desk, she kept checking the order screen as if she was the one making the food. After staring at the screen for 2 minutes, she finally decides to take my order. I used Apple Pay, it was taking a long time to pay so when I asked she cut me off and said “Apply Pay is very very very very very very very slow” with attitude. Then when my order is ready, she calls out the wrong number, she said 126 instead of 116, and when she calls out the order she said “no sauce” when I had ordered wild honey mustard. So of course I don’t think it’s my order so I just stand there. When she corrects herself I hear her say “Well I called out the order” but you got the wrong number and you got the order partially wrong. Idk what her problem was but horrible service.
