What can I say! My first experience with this company & food. DELICIOUS! I erik certainly try to find one in my home town.
Jason at the register as the man but that was the best part. Chicken had a weird taste and smell to it and it seemed chaotic between staff members. I ki day threw my 3 piece white in the garbage and walked away.
BEWARE!!!! They will steal your card information! I used my card there at 11:30am. My card was not returned to me. Once I realized this, I checked my account and realized I had two fraudulent charges at 3:15pm and 3:16pm using square. I called the manager and he claimed he’s had my card since I left it at 11:30am as if it’s not possible for people to steal your card information and use it! My card was used twice since it’s been in his possession! So either the pregnant girl at the drive through took a picture of it and tried to use it, or either the manager tried to use it! But I’m almost positive it’s the first option!!
Absolutely horrible customer service by their manager named Jason. I asked for a half cut tea and was berated by him about being “more specific”. I assumed that half cut meant the same at every fast food establishment and that has never been lost in translation. He also had a horrible attitude one week ago when I inquired about ordering cookies. There is a picture of cookies on the menu, but before I could give my order for them, he stated “We don’t have cookies here.” in a tone so nasty that my mother (who was on speaker phone) was offended. When I asked for his name, an employee was happy to offer it and stated that he is always mean. I figured that much, but I won’t spend my hard earned money there again.
Where do I even begin? The inside smelt like feces/sewage today. The workers are always screaming or yelling. The food tastes like fried nothing, it’s extremely gross. Not to mention they don’t give you napkins or dipping sauce you ask for. Truly horrible.
i will not be returning. the lady who took my order was rude. i drove to the window after & one of the girls was on her phone showing another girl a youtube video. after paying they ask me to pull up to the curb. we waited for 15 minutes before they brought out food, all while other cars left. i understand we had a sort of big order but the idea that our food was also COLD is frustrating. they only gave us two sauces each of two different sauces for four meals we had. they even got our order wrong giving us a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a normal. save your money & time.

They Always Try To Fill The Box With Alot Of Fries Because They Always Give A Little Bit Of Shrimp. Half Of The Shrimp Are Not Even Really Shrimp lol They Be Lil Piece About 2 cm And Hard SMH

It never fails. Every SINGLE time I come to this Popeyes off NEW BERN AVE RALEIGH NC, they can never seem to get it right. I understand that the lines be long around lunch time but that should tell you something. People want to eat from there. Just bc the lines are long does not mean that your order should not be CORRECT! As if to just put anything in the box to move the line along. Had a spicy dark three piece w red beans and rice. The red beans n rice was half full and the meat was not all dark pieces. I clearly had a whole breast(WHITE)in the box along with two legs. Smh, oh well back to not eating from you guys another 5 months……. Horrible and sad
