The food was fine, easy access to placing my own order, they had tables to sit at to eat, BUT what I didn’t like was the tables was not clean, then when I was receiving my food I had asked for two dipping sauces because I had chicken tenders the gentleman at the counter that gave me to me one was opened and both was sticky on top, then he tossed them at me. Thats not how you treat customers at all if I ever go back to RDU I would never go back to Popeyes I rather eat snacks before I go back home.
Not only does this location embody what I would expect from any regular Popeyes that is not located in an airport, but they go above and beyond to serve customer ensuring that waits are not too long as to cause delays in passengers making it to flights. One thing that sets this location apart as well is there breakfast offerings or early morning flights, I was pleasantly surprised to see them open for breakfast and enjoyed my meal that was very reasonably priced as well, the workers at this location also make sure that the rest of the sitting area is kept clean and stocked!
Always great to have some consistent options at the airport. Popeyes will always be a good option, and this place offers that same quality you'll find anywhere else.
was pretty decent.. didn't get the spicy sandwich like I asked... it's by terminal 20 if you can't find it.good place for fries and a drink while you waitchairs are available to dine and free refills
The girl at the front who takes the orders is always very nice and has a positive attitude! She is one of the main reasons I love coming here. Food comes out quick!
I wasted over 15.00 on 8 pieces of chicken.They reheated spicy chicken, which made it hard as a rock. I should have checked the chicken before I left the airport.I didn’t realize it until I arrived home, tried to bite it.This incident took place 12/20/21 around 6pm.

there is literally only one popeyes by my house and it's always busy, but the service was okay and im mean it's fast food, so love their chicken sandwich tho
My red beans and rice tasted spoiled, and the coke was watered down. Cold, hard chicken. Disappointed
Some deep fried goodness, though I admit at times I wish it was just slightly less breaded, it's still darn good. I figure anyone whose lived near one has had it; not much more I can say most don't already know.
