Food was old and cold. Staff closed the store early. We did not eat the food. We keep our receipt and food. Reported dissatisfaction to the manager the next day. Manager provided a nonchalant response and did not offer to remake our food. Handicapp accessible restrooms and parking. Maybe this was an off night. May try again in the future, but not overall impressed by my last visit.
Had the 2 for. Fuji apple salad & fontego chicken sandwich. Very yummy. Drank ice water. So much to choose from & all yummy. Can have breakfast,lunch,or dinner. Always worth it!!

The rude attitude from the people working at the pick up area was absolutely unacceptable. If I was standing in the rapid pick up area there is no way I wouldn’t be able to hear you call my name. It was not called so I waited and finally asked for my food and they were disrespectful and said it’s right there I called your name. And I politely said no you did not but it’s fine I’m here now. And then someone else chimed in and said why didn’t you come when we called your name. I didn’t respond. I just took my food and left. Disgusting behavior

If you enjoy wasting your time, order here.I could write probably 5 paragraphs on my experience, but will sum it up in bulletpoints so I don’t ramble.-No updated website or google page to indicate new hours of operation and closing of dining room-Tried to order to-go via the register with an employee, employee told me that they “don’t do that” and to “order on the website or app.” Ok cool-Sat in my car, made the order, went inside to pick up-Picked up order, it was wrong (not in a bread bowl), went back inside-Found another employee taking multiple orders behind over the register for other customers as I was walking in-Went to the register, explained the situation, was told “there were no bread bowls” by the employee-Manager strolls around, says that they have bread bowls, and proceeds to give me “leftover bakery items” as a means of amends-Wait additional 15 minutes for my bread bowl order. After 15 minutes, notice a bag on the other side of the counter (where the employees prepare food), no name or anything-I’m the only customer here at this point, one other ticket order they’re preparing, so by default the bag must be mine-No employee is able to pick up on this for 7 mins. Take my chances, reach over the counter, saw the receipt with my name, walked outUtter ridiculous waste of time, and would rather go to a branch completely out of the way just to avoid going to this one again. Old bakery items do not equal the amount of time wasted
I don't know what going on with Panera but they used to be dependable knowing the food was going to be good and the service was going to be even better. Negative - jokes on me. I ordered Panera today at 1:55, the order got here at 2:57 and im only 3 miles away. Not their fault - its the vendor they used (doordash). However, I bit into my chicken avocado sandwich and the chicken still looked raw, the salad looked "ugh", and just the entire presentation wasn't suitable for me to consume. I called the store b/c not only did it take an hour my food to arrive and I'm all of 3 mins away, but my food was raw"ish". I spoke with Justin, really nice guy and he said he was going to make sure my card was not charged. We will see if my card shows a credit in the next couple of days. But whomever cooked the food today....they need more training - if nothing else make it look edible.
This is my first time looking at their reviews for this location and I am not surprised. Their to-go service is positively frustrating, I thought maybe I was there on an off day or two but its been three months now and they are consistent at not being able to get you your food in a timely manner. I place my order at the kiosk, I wait by the monitor, my name comes and goes from both columns, then its the waiting game. This morning I'm eating a cold toasted bagel and lukewarm coffee for the last time. Bye!
No need in placing an order for curbside because no one ever brings your food to you. Again, I had to go inside to pick the food up. Disappointing and a waste of my time
I wanted to order food and they told me they were just taking orders online or on the app... This is just ridiculuous! Dont recommend this location anyone.
