We love Panera but the curbside delivery at this location is insanely slow. I got the text that my food was ready on time, but it didn’t come out until 15 minutes later! One of the items was a warm sandwich as well, which was stone cold by the time we got it. If you want to eat here, you’ll have to go in.
Took over 20 minutes to get an egg white sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. Everyone else’s order was completed before ours since someone accidentally “bumped off” our order.
Coming from further North, it seems there are fewer options for “good bread”. There are times I’ve ordered just their baguettes ?Love their turkey blt. If you are looking for an amazing although messy combo, try dipping their toasted steak and white cheddar in their onion soup?
Got my orders wrong. I tried to use Panera gift card, but the front manager didn't know how to let me use it since it's on my phone. Upstairs lights are too dim, light bulb was unscrewed and not replaced.

3 stars for pretending to enter my MyPanera number and not actually doing it! You think I can’t tell, I bet. This food, service and people here are slightly above bar for Panera. The cleanliness is on-point for Panera 2022. You can not order ahead in the app for this location. That is so strange.
Terrible customer service. Food took forever. We ordered dine in but got it to go. Food was cold. Couldn't eat it. Do yourself a favor, go to another locations.
Insanely slow, orders are super inconsistent. Sometimes the foods ready but more times than not you have to wait 15-25 minutes after the designated pickup time.
Very disrespectful customer service and rude!! Manager stood there while employee was arguing and yelling and as other people said in their reviews employees point at customers and openly talk bad about them in groups!
The cheddar broccoli soup had very little broccoli. The turkey avocado sandwich had big chucks of turkey rather than having it pulled apart and layered even though it was sliced. There was not enough avocado.
