First off, shout out to Nala (spelling?) They seemd to be short staff and she was handling everything well and was so polite and courteous to everyeone.Took a long time to get my food but I'll have to say my frontega was probably the best one I've ever had and I think I've been getting them since they've been ok the menu (the first time) usually they forget something or the chicken is lacking...not this time!
5/22/2022 @ 9:30am. DIRTY where is management? Tables are dirty and need to be wiped down. Maybe it was left from the night before, but cleanliness should be a priority. Windows and doors are dirty and most of the chairs for the outside sitting area are broken/unusable. It's a great location, I hope they get it cleaned up.
I love Panera Bread. They offer such unique menu items. I like their soups and sandwiches as well as all of their sweet menu items. A good cup of coffee and one of their sweet treats and you are good to go. A1A hands down.
9:30 in the morning and they're out of 3/4 hot coffees, and were not even working on it until I let them know... then once I waited and got my coffee, while waiting further for almond milk (half & half was also empty), an associate coming in bumped into me, spilling my coffee on me. Not pleased.
Terrible customer service from the manager. I had a baby in the car. Ordered curb side. Waited over 10min for someone to bring order out. Never came. Walked in my order was just sitting on the counter. No coffee with it. I asked to speak to the manager for the wait and incomplete order. She told a staff to fix the coffee and walked off! How rude!
Maggie is incredibly unprofessional and rude to doordash drivers. I had to accept an order and she didn't fully give it to me before telling me how to use the app and when I called her to ask her to not to just let people do their job and that they have to accept both orders before they hit anything on the app she started talking over me and yelling at me. Really freaking unprofessional and I'm not going to be servicing this location again. RUDE
Don't come here often but needed something quick before my next stop. I use the app to order the vegetable soup and the modified Asian salad to make it vegan was just what I needed to hit the spot.
drive thru workers are loud rude and silly actin…having conversations at the window about other customers and orders and just generally acting confused…mixing up orders and wait time it long…
This place is hit or miss. We went through the drive-thru Tues night and didn't realize until we got home that they forget our bread bowl. We went back Wed night as my husband really wanted the bread bowl (he's been sick) and was told that they were all out of bread bowls. When I expressed my disappoinment, especially since I didn't get the bread bowl I already paid for, I was told that I "should have come earlier in the day". We ordered the chicken soup both nights and the second night it was just broth and carrots. Almost seemed vengeful.
Very unprofessional. The black girls at the drive thru menu were very unprofessional and RUDE and the team manager, Sloane showed no sympathy and she was just as bad as her employees when I complained how unprofessional her staff was. I reported them all to corporate and will follow up. This cafe needs HUGE changes to provide better service.
