This location LITERALLY cannot get an order correct. The website doesn’t work-wouldn’t let me order breakfast an hour before the cutoff, doesn’t calculate properly for delivery. Even when I put notes in the order to verify order before leaving they still got it wrong. I’ll NEVER order from this location, ever. If it was incorrect once or twice, I could understand but it is EVERY time!!

Absolutely the worst Panera location that I have been to, and I travel for work and go to locations all over the country. The drive through was closed for months due to staffing issues, show casing a lack of sufficient pay and/or management issues. Today I went and the credit card machines were down and they could only accept cash; it is 2022, I don’t carry cash. I asked if I could use the app to pay and she said I could do rapid pick up (other places with an app allow for mobile orders to be picked up in the drive through, so unsure of issue there). I did rapid pick up, and 10 minutes later my order is listed as ready. I go inside to be told verbally ALL soufflés are out of stock, and would I like something else. I said nope I will take just the other part of my order. The refund was not done upfront, I had to call and then was told it would take 3 business days. WHY was my card ran for something they didn’t have in the first place? For the prices y’all charge, you’d think the technology infrastructure would at least be comparable to Taco Bell or Starbucks. Not the case at all apparently. Unprofessional management, lack of staff and proper service. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!Manager Shawn Labelle (not sure how to spell, and couldn’t get ahold of you when I called, I’d like a call and some type of assurance steps are being taken to resolve the frequent issues at your lcoation)

I've had issues here with coffees being out, hot and iced, and hot coffee coming out cold - meaning they've not been changed in possibly 2 or more hours (I think), and I find the sugars being out or milks room temp; so generally the rotation of supplies and such in this Cafe could use some improvement.However, it's important to note that the staff here is always very friendly and helpful. The cashier has helped me resolve issues with orders, or take the time to get supplies out from the back if the front end is empty. You can tell the manager Sean really cares about the Cafe as it is always very clean, organized and homey.I look forward to the improvements being made!

We ordered two Green Goddess Cobb salads. When I questioned the total amount, we were told he had added sides. We didn't want any sides, just a piece of bread. He adjusted the total. When we picked up the food, the bread was missing and the server said it hadn't been ordered. We have eaten at Panera many times. This is the first time our order has been so messed up.

Came through the drive through and didn’t receive my classic grilled cheese with my order. I didn’t get a receipt with my food and I’m on my hour break and can’t drive back to get my order fixed.Update: called and got my sandwich, Melissa handled the issue with professionalism and outstanding service.

We placed an order online for curbside pickup last night for dinner. Five Stars!!! The ease of ordering online and still have the opportunity to customize your sandwiches/meals is a lifesaver! We ordered a you pick two as well as a whole sandwich. Both items were correct (we customized each sandwich). Their tomato soup is FABULOUS and my favorite by far at any restaurant. Mixing the croutons with the tomato soup is chefs kiss!!The Mediterranean veggie sandwich is a fabulous choice for non-meat eaters! We both changed the bread and I swapped out the cheese from feta to white cheddar (.49c up charge). Absolutely worth it!We placed our order online before we left the house. It suggested that it would be ready by 6:07pm. We got there around 6:05pm and parked in the easy-to-find parking spots for curbside orders. Our order came out at 6:07pm just like ordering suggested! The food comes sealed in the bag, which is nice if someone else is picking up your food. We did end up having to go inside as they only included 1 out of the 2 sides. They were very pleasant inside and gave us the missing baguette. Then we were on our way! Food was still correct temperature when we arrived home (even did a Target pick-up order on the way home). We will be returning and want to actually eat inside or outside of this Panera. Very convenient location, easy to get in and out.

Woman at front was very rude. Acting like she was too busy to help and I was the only one at the counter. We came at 8 and she was on the phone the whole time as she took our order, I’m only giving a 4 because the manager was wonderful and helped us get our orders correct and the items we actually ordered

The wait here can get really long and I was hungry at the moment. Once the food came out it was good but just waiting so long for it hurt me too much this time.

I love being able to order on my app and pick things up in the store. This is a perfectly average Panera which is good. There's are a few that were sub-standard but this one is great.

every. single. time. i order from this location, they get my order wrong — whether it’s pickup or delivery. if i order the asian salad, they give me the green goddess dressing. if i order the family feast, they give me the wrong sandwich. today, my door dash driver called to let me know that someone else picked up my order. it doesn’t seem like the people who pack the items pay attention to what they’re doing.
