I came here for a great salad i came back to my hotel room i had no fork no napkins just everything i ordered for one, two i started eating my bbq salad and I’m tasting blueberries so as i put it down to toss threw the salad to see if i was tripping there was blueberries in my salad, i didn’t get that as an add on or anything, sloppy work ! So upsetting you guys should take your time while fixing food for customers
I've usually had a fine experience here, but today when adding decaf coffee to a cup of ice, the associate who had just replaced the decaf told me, "you know there's iced coffee over there." I said, "this is decaf; there's no decaf iced coffee." To which she said, "yes there is," and gave me an attitude as she went back to the kitchen. (Panera has never had decaf iced coffee, to my knowledge, and still does not.) The customer behind me said she'd had a similar experience with the same associate. I left confused.
New chicken sandwich is great. Cheese flatbread was meh, but was fine for the $6 something it cost.
I was not feeling well, so I wanted to eat at a restaurant that offered soup. This was the correct choice, this Panera Bread had both ten-vegetable soup and creamy tomato soup. Both were good. We also ordered a 1/2-sandwich of tuna salad, a turkey cheese sandwich (for the toddler), and an Asian sesame salad with chicken on the side. The French bread on the side was a nice touch. We have been to this restaurant before as it is in our neighborhood. The service is OK, nothing special, and if the place is not crowded, which it was not for this most recent visit at around 8 PM, it is a nice place to eat.
I can't speak for the food, but as a coffee spot, absolutely exceeds expectations!The shop is always very clean, organized, and emits a warm/homey ambience, which I highly appreciate before/after work.The coffee is always piping hot, and you can see them routinely changing out the brew (unlike Starbucks, trust me...). The same goes for the coffee creamers and condiments.Sometimes the cups seem to be out of large in the evenings, but they're available is you check by the lemonade/order pick up counter.Overall, this location is refreshing, sanitized, organized, and the Staff always are respectful and have a positive demeanor toward not only guests, but to each other (can't say the same for the other 6 forks panera by whole foods.)Keep up the great work!
Food was good. But it didn't seem to be quite up to the usual Panera standard. Soup was a little thin and runny, salad was a little light on ingredients. It wasn't bad just seemed off from their usual.
The drive thru was such a long wait. When I received my order it wasn’t what I expected. It was good but not enough. I ordered the broccoli & cheddar soup. I’m thinking I’m about to get the bowl I gotta lil cup. So wasn’t happy with that.

Great food and great beverages. Nice staff. I order delivery at work but ever since they stop using their own employees to deliver their orders my service for delivery has been absolutely disgusting and delayed. most recently today I got a 2 ice latte and they came with no ice because it was melted and tasted like i just wasted my money >_<.... Great place picking up. I will never order delivery again nor recommend anybody ever placing a order for delivery GrubHub or whatever drivers are absolutely disgusting to. Then I had to add to the sandwich I got today it was 100% awful but that was the first time I've had a bad sandwich from them out of about 20 times.
Panera in bed is always better! I order food from here and they are always on point! They never forget an item and it’s always so good!
