I love Panda Express in general but this one location is just terrible. It’s conveniently located so I’ve been a bunch of times but they are constantly out of the best dishes, have major staffing issues, and frequently take over 30 minutes for the drive through line. I really wish there were another Panda nearby.Edit: again today I timed it, 40 minutes in the drive through (lobby was closed due to staffing shortages) and they were out of the first 3 entrees I tried to order ? when will I learn?
Well, there was fresh Teriyaki chicken coming off the grill, but the tall guy gave me the little that was left, and it was dry. I asked for the fresh and he said no. Never had that problem before. SmhOther than that, the food as always, was great. I used to live at this restaurant ? but now live in Wilson. The portions are so worth going there...at least it used to be. I got fried rice chow mein mixture, with beef broccoli and that awesome grilled Teriyaki chicken! ??
A complete disappointment. First theLobby was closed because of short staff. However, there were 5 people working inside. Second, the service was extremely slow and they forgot to add my egg roll. Lastly...the food.....the orange chicken was OK and the veggies were undercooked.My family and I love Panda Express and we went there weekly when we lived in Illinois. Unfortunately, we only have the option of 2 choices and this one is already a 45 min drive. It seems we will have to say goodbye to Panda Express.
Sadly I have had three visits in a row that were just so unpleasant. With every time being out of white rice. I even asked if I could wait for it to be made and was told they were done making it for the night (even though it was only 7pm). Disappointed in the app with not having refund or canceling options as they have no way to refund orders. I think it’s getting more expensive. Also not having the lobby open is terrible.
The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. We got our order to go and the food was still warm by the time we got home (10 minutes later).I haven't ate Panda Express in years and wasn't sure what to expect. Nothing looked or tasted like it had been sitting for hrs. Nothing was dried out. Everything was pretty tasty.
It was absolutely the worst food I have ever had.
Whats the use of placing an order online when it would have been faster to stand in line in the store? Stood there waiting for my order while they helped everyone who walked in. No one said anything to me, no one greeted me, no one asked if they could help me. Poor customer service! And my boxes where only filled 3/4 of the way.
Always great! My fiance now loves it. Only thing I wish is they would go back to glass cokes
Let it be clear, I love Panda Express but the customer service at this place is horrible. I went to the drive through and placed my order and while driving to the window wanted to add something else. I asked the female at the window if I could add something and she told me I had to go around to the back of the drive through line to place my order. There was literally just one car behind me at the line. The name on the receipt was Jayca.
When they first opened this place was run well. Now every time I go my bowl is only half full. I understand they have been having shortages, that's not even the problem. They are shrinking the portions to less than what they call for.
