Dirty, seats not cleaned, to much fat on the ribs

Our server Kay was wonderful. Food was great. Luckily we had a reservation, wait was 3 hours. Would recommend making a reservation before you go. Also use the valet, it’s free.

Great food and great service!

PFChang's has always been one of our favorite restaurants but is no more. The entire meal was quite awful. The Lettuce Wraps lacked taste, badly cut lettuce, charred ingredients, and a sauce that we pushed aside. The Kung Pao Shrimp was limp, tasteless, and lacked even a hint of spiciness [Mr Pao woulda been hot]. The hot green beans too were bland, tasteless, zero heat, and literally swimming in oil. To make matters worse, the entire place was filthy. There was filth in the corners, sticky table tops, unswept foors, raunchy bathrooms, scratched and damaged door to the restroom...well one can get the idea that there is absolutely zero attention to detail. A failure of local management and those who watch over PFChang's corporate standards. We all need to face the music - if you are a fan of PF Chang's then shake your head in sadness because PF is not with us anymore. Remember this is a chain and the corporation sets standards. If the place in Raleigh is such a dump then you can assume things are no different in other locales. We are truly saddened.

I had a less than great experience at P.F. Chang's previously. I emailed them and they sent me gift cards to make up for my negative experience. They definitely made it a wonderful experience this visit! The food and service was absolutely amazing!!! The Rising Dragon drink was very tasty and a wonderful presentation. The Crispy Green Beans and Peking Duck were also great. Overall a wonderful dining experience.

Food was good it's been a while since I ate back in Columbus Ohio now here at crabtree mall yummm..Love eating ummm chicken wrap, pork dumpling really good... will go back again next time... friendly writer and staff...

Food, staff, atmosphere and location was fabulous. Out celebrating Valentines Day with my daughter, grandson and my best friend of 30 years birthday.

Good, clean, tasty, high priced Chinese food. Sushi was good. Apps are well done. Went on a Sunday, busy but only 30 min wait. However we waited alot at the table. 2 1/2 hr experience. Good staff. I'm sure I paid for the horse outside though with our table of eight. Good. Not great, but pretty good.

We stopped by after the Lantern Festival on a Thursday about an hour and a half before close. The food and service did not disappoint. I thought it might be lackluster because they would be closing soon, and it's a weeknight. I was wrong. The food was terrific. My lady recommended the Mongolian beef I tried the braised short ribs with the pineapple fried rice. It was good, but nowhere close to the Mongolian Beef she had. Thankfully she didn't eat it all, and I got some. She also substituted broccoli for the green onions, and the broccoli could have been a meal by itself. The food was terrific. We will be back.

Mongolian Beef w Lo Mein.. Delish. Sweet & Sour chicken, not much. Waitress was perfect though. Even removed unwanted chicken dish. Excellent service.
