Would give 5 stars if it was not for a 50 minute wait then a 15 minute wait once seated. The manager came over to say she had another waitress on way to take our drink order. The manager apologized for the wait that our waitress was behind on a larger group and asked if we wanted a appetizer to make up for the lack of service we received once we were seated. To the manager working a busy Friday night thank you for your service you made up for the longer than expected wait with ur management skills.
Was a great dinner the food was tasty. Blooming’ onion is amazing as always and spicy ranch is the boom. My husband had a bone in ribeye that was amazing he said. On top of that we had a very detail focused waitress named Sloane. She was honestly one of the top 5 waitresses I’ve had in my life.
Service and food was horrible
Mom and I love this place! We have been coming here since before it moved to the new building and We have always had great service.Tonight mom and I got to go and were helped by Austin with ordering. He was very nice and quick to get our order and get it put in. My mother can be very picky about her food order and when she was explaining her order to him he knew exactly what she was asking for and was able to accommodate.
Julia was AMAZING! She was our hostess, our waitress, and our bartender! Her customer service was extraordinary! Her drinks were perfectly made, and she was attentive! She is a major asset to this establishment and help make this Outback location one of the best! Thank you Julia! ?
My husband had to get his steak redone three times and it still didn’t come out right under cooked every time but they took it off for us which was nice bc we weren’t eating it.. but I ordered shrimp that was over cooked but I was hungry and my sides were really good and a beautiful Desert !
I met my brother and sister-in-law for lunch and we enjoyed a nice leisurely meal. All three were delicious and beautifully presented. I had the lunch sized portion of the bloomin fried chicken with steamed vegetables as my side dish. The chicken was juicy and tender with good flavor from the bloomin seasoning. The vegetables were nicely prepared and seasoned also.Our server was wonderful, and she was tending the bar also. Kudos to her for effectively multi-tasking. She was patient with us as we were not in a hurry and were socializing for a long time.I would recommend this location and I will definitely return.
The host was so welcoming...she even made conversation with my 3.5 year old to where he gave her a hug on our way out. The sitting was quick and food came out fast and as expected. There was plenty of parking and the restrooms were clean. I would recommend it especially since it's easy to get back on capital Blvd since there is a traffic stop.The only thing I would recommend to the manager is adding some more hot drink options...like hot tea?
