From the first greeting to the final one, this place rocks! Smiling, friendly, fun people start the olive garden experience off with a bang. The place was well cared for, clean, easy for this partially handicapped lady to navigate and had roomy, comfy booths. The tables I passed were sized well to accommodate one, or in one lovely family setting I observed, a party of 10 The servers and management worked well together. They all showed a professional, helpful and friendly relationship one with another. The gal I had was attentive but not pushy, friendly but not nosey, informative but not biased on one menu item over another. The price paid was acceptable for what I ordered. The food was amazing! The salad was well dressed, crispy and plentifully packed with large variety of veggies. The entre, shrimp Alfredo in my case (see photo), was omg delicious! The shrimp, more than 2 dozen, were large and cooked to perfection with not a hint of rubbery overcooking. The sauce and pasta were first class, seasoned just right. On my way out, the front desk folks reminded of family hosting a gathering. They weren't ushering me out, rather they expressed a hope I had enjoyed my experience, thanked me for being with them over so many other area choices, and welcomed me back with enthusiasm not the "can't wait til closing time" wave and waning grin sometimes seen in bustling restaurants. All in all, a class act indeed. I will be back!!

We have been visiting this location for past 10 years and the quality of food or staff has not changed.Sure there is a wait time on peak hours but it is worth a wait.My favorites are Fettucine alfredo with chicken , Primo amore ( Moscato wine). I also love their non alocholic mixed cocktail-style drinks. My recent favorites are Mango-Strawberry iced tea and Rasberry lemonade.

This location was fantastic! Everyone was super welcoming. We had Derrick and he was so attentive and made sure everything came out delicious and appealing. The place was really pretty .. never saw an olive garden like this one. The whole experience was perfection!!! Love how there is a cool little dining experience by the bar as well.

First time trying Olive Garden, the food was a 10/10 and the services was 10/10, they have an excellent wine selection and a great indoor seating section will be bAck(:

Awesome lunch. Awesome waitress Tracy. I had eggplant Parm. Delicious ? k had chicken Parm & D had angel hair & meatballs & Parm cheese! Salad great with Parm cheese. Our waitress was so kind & fun. Had a great visit as always here at Briar creek!!

Great service at the bar, feel quality has gone down on the food though. Still great though!

I sat at the bar and the service was slow after I placed my order and got my salad. I didn’t get a refill on my drink and it took a while to get my entree. It took so much time that I had to box my entree by the time it came. I then had to wait for a server to come back around to ask for my to-go pasta. I haven’t been to that location before and I had to confirm with the server that I needed to pay on the tablet. He didn’t explain that to me beforehand. Overall, dissatisfying experience with the customer service.

First time at this location and it was nice. Our waitress Logan was very polite and pleasant! She let us know what her favorite entrées and desserts were. All the food was hot and fresh. The salad was crisp, fresh and tasty! There signatures drinks are really good, like Peach raspberry tea and Strawberry passion fruit. I will be returning!!!

We came for lunch but ended up staying for pretty much the whole afternoon. We ordered lasagna, the spinach-artichoke dip, herb-grilled salmon, and salads. For drinks we ordered the spiked strawberry lemonade, raspberry lemonade (from the kids' menu), a margarita, and some sodas. For dessert, we ordered the warm Italian doughnuts and tiramisu. While the lasagna and the (bottomless) salads were just OK, the salmon and doughnuts were very nice. The alcoholic beverages were pretty good. We were there so long that we went through 2 servers, both of whom were helpful and friendly (and both were not pushy about getting us on our way, an attitude which we really appreciated). After we finally got up to leave, we were surprised to find that someone had left a container (unopened) of applesauce on our car (applesauce is a favorite of ours). The prices are average for this type of restaurant. Overall, this is a good Olive Garden.

8 months to finally enter. Was not too wonderful. Food was good, but just didn't have appeal. We're going back. I think my taste buds that day was blocked by congestion. My appetitizer was very good. Certainly a favorite place of mine.
