Located inside Morgan Food Hall , there are many small restaurants including Indian stall. Tried fried and it seasoned so well. Very nice and friendly people running the stall. Definitely tried more stuff next time

I really wish that I could give this restaurant a great review however I can't. I ordered the fish feeling it would be safe. For a restaurant to prize their self on fresh seafood this was a bit disappointing. The fish was cooked to order however it was old You could tell the fish that had Frozen far too long. The shrimp work decent were overseasoned, they were too salty and I did not go further to even taste the fries. The whole entire meal taste like this was old it wasn't crispy and lights it was greasy and stale. I am 100% disappointed in the food however the customer service was excellent.

Food Hall OCFC location. Ordered the fish and shrimp, fish was over cooked and flavor didn’t stand up well in the batter, and ran into bones at the end. Didn’t seem fresh. Shrimp was great, and fries were ok and could’ve used a touch of salt. Also if you need a receipt, and you get it texted; there is a major delay.

Always worth it to stop here at Morgan street. The lines are long for a reason people! The shrimp here are me and my boyfriends absolute favorite, and there’s a huge portion for two that is just perfect. Whatever they toss them in is fire & the fries have the same great seasoning! I believe one of the chef’s name was Evan but he’s amazing and always so nice!

We ate lunch today at the Oak City Fish and Chips, Morgan Street Food Hall location. Service was excellent but the food was just so so. Fish tasted old and had bones in it. Disappointing enough we won’t be back.

The food was FANTASTIC! The scallops and shrimp was seasoned out of this world! I would recommend this place to Everyone and that's a fact. This is not someone just trying to boost the business....I really do mean it, it's delicious ?

FOOD NOT FRESH OR GOOD!!! We ordered food today 5/15/22 from this location one large & one small pick two platters. The order was to go & we went right home & started eating the food however the large order was more like a small order and the food was not fresh. The shrimp were very small & fish had a bunch of bones all the food was overcooked like grease was old so none of the food was tasty or appetizing. I tried eating the food but it was not good…we spent like $48.00 on these two meals! Honestly wish I could get my money back could have gotten better food at Popeyes! We will not patronize the Morgan Hall location again they need to do better for real!

Just drove here and no fish, only oysters. I got them and they are good but not what I wanted.

I was patient v with them when th her first opened their food truck. The food and customer service were great! The only bad thing was miscommunication on hours of operation. I would take 30-40 min drives whenever they were listed as open, only to arrive and see they were closed and weren't sure of when they would actually open. You just had to pass by on a good day. When they opened in Morgan food hall, I was beyond excited! Went there at least 3x since pre pandemic. It was good, not the same as before. Here we are post pandemic, I still stop by when in the area... last month they didn't open on time, had one person working. He was telling ppl they'd open in about 15 mins. The oil wasn't even poured yet. Everything else was open, but them. 30mins later, still not open. Not acknowledging the long line of customer's to top it off. At least communicate with us. Act like you see you have a line. Eventually I ordered else where. Today on a Saturday, close to 1p... my bf goes to order a little of everything (my request), only to be told they have no fish nor lobster tails. However he still got me the scallops and shrimp. They young man at the counter ( two were in the kitchen, one came to the front) had an attitude from the beginning. "Hi, welcome to oak city, unfortunately we are out of fish and lobster today, but everything else on the menu is available ". Sounds a lot better than, " Hi, are you ordering "? Rather than pointing to the other side of the counter, like there are signs that specify where to order and pick up as well as a positive attitude. Definitely time to look for another seafood spot with good vibes and communication.

My boyfriend got this at the Food Truck Rodeo and he loved them! The seasoning was perfect on both the fish, shrimp and fries! Cooked to perfection and so crispy. The fish did have more bones than would have liked, but otherwise perfect! I will be looking for them in the future!
