Known Bill since he started AWESOME coffee . I start everyday sitting on the porch with a cup of Oak City Coffee enjoying the start of a new day. Have tried them all but my go to is Columbian Select always a great cup of coffee smooth and clean
Best beans in the triangle! I'd even put them over Counter Culture which is a foodie favorite. These are single origin, fair trade beans roasted to the best level to bring out their specific flavors. The African ones are my favorite, especially Tanzanian Peaberry and Rwandan. I like a cup with a lot of flavor and earthiness. Some of my friends who like a cleaner finish are smitten with the Ethiopean. If you're not sure which to try I've never had someone hate the Columbian which has a more familiar coffee taste but a bit richer.
