I am very disappointment in the services I just received today. I purchase mini bundt cakes from store 6643 for a co workers birthday. I wanted to make a birthday Charcuterie board and I asked if they could switch out the decorate because I didnt know that they offer different selections for decorations on a cake. This was my first thing coming to Nothing bundt cake and I felt like what I am asking for was not difficult. I already paid in advance for the decorations and the theme for the party is not the same color. The manager was very rude and not understanding. I really disappointment with this service!!!
So good! My family has gotten full sized bundt cakes and mini ones for all kinds of occasions- birthdays, graduations, and a wedding! I request a chocolate bundt cake for my birthday each year! They're so good and moist.
I am very disappointed at this place. I had came in 3 days before to place my order. Even on the same day to pick up i called in the morning my pick up time was 4:30 but i switched it to be picked up at 3:30 because i had done a reservation to a restaurant.I got to the bakery to pick up the cake around 4pm expecting it to be ready already.When i give them my name the cashier checks in the back letting me know it’s not ready yet. So by this time i am upset because how do you not have a cake ready that was placed 3 days before.I asked to speak to the manager she comes out and explains she didn’t have a ticket that’s the reason why the cake is not ready. My answer once again “you not having the ticket is not my fault, especially when someone comes days before and even calls the same day to confirm and make an hour time change.The only thing the manager suggested was either getting a refund or making the cake. I had to get the cake because it was my daughter’s birthday and obviously i wasn’t going to celebrate it without a cake and i was running out of time to even order else where.I was given my cake within 10 mins.Which i give them it didn’t take them longer than i expected but still the cake should of been ready by 3:30 not 4:15.At our reservation when our family members and friends received slice of cake, 2 of them complained of having a piece of hair in their piece of cake.I am sorry but i don’t think i’ll be ordering from this place again.
I have heard so much about these cakes but had never purchased one. I was having an event at my home and wanted to try something different for my guests. It was a super busy day since it was right before Easter so the store was packed with people waiting outside (due to COVID capacity limits). I was assisted by Brianna and even though there was a line behind me she was very patient in talking me through all my options and helping me make my final decision about what to purchase. I really appreciated her courteous and timely service. Thanks again Brianna!
The cakes are always dry and taste like they just come out of the freezer. It's just this location I've had this issue with. Won't be back unfortunately. Despite the response from the owner. This is not true. I have been to several.locations and this one is the ONLY one where the cakes taste like this. It's a review, take the suggestion for what it's worth instead of trying to deny what the customer is saying ?? .
The employees and managers of this store are some of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They know absolutely nothing about customer service or basic manners in general. I placed an online order several days prior and went to pick it up this morning. I walked in and the guy behind the counter asked if I had a mask, I said no that I was just picking up, to which he rudely told me he wouldn’t help me without a mask. The City of Raleigh mask mandate had just been lifted the day prior so I was not required to wear a mask indoors. After simply trying to pick up my order, the employee told me I had to stand outside and wait for my order; I gave him the name on the order and proceeded to wait outside in 43 degree weather for over 25 minutes while they helped every single person that came in after me. Two more customers also came in without masks and said that the mask mandate had been lifted in a very calm manned, to which the manager came out and began yelling at them for also attempting to pick up their orders saying that it was a state mandate to wear a mask indoors; clearly she does not watch the news. After about 34 minutes of waiting outside in the cold the guy behind the counter FINALLY came out to ask me what the name on my order was AGAIN only because the large gentleman that had gone inside told him I had been waiting patiently outside and they needed to help me. Not only did the guy completely disregard me by not even bothering to remember the name on my order, I was forced to wait for my prepaid order in the cold while they helped everyone else, which was about 15 people, before coming back with my order. The employees here are the most unfriendly people I have ever encountered and I will not stand for this kind of disrespect and ridiculous treatment. The cakes aren’t even worth the hassle and absolutely hateful treatment given to you by their staff. Had they politely asked me to put on a mask from the beginning, I would have been more understanding and more likely to oblige.
Every time I go, they have hardly anything. You would think that a place that sells bundt cakes would actually have a supply of bundt cakes. That's not always the case for this location... and they are slow. I will drive the distance to other locations when I need to place orders!
This is the worst Bundt Cake location ever! I’ve shopped at this location, only because the Morrisville”s location is a bit further away. This location needs to either close it doors, sold and and or operate under new management. The customer service is extremely poor! I’ve placed numerous orders at this location, and my orders are never ready for pickup. I sometimes call to place orders, and the owner placed the call on an overly extended hold time , without checking back in with the customer.This location is ruining the ‘Bundt Cake’s’ business reputation .
Rating a company low because of their masks requirements is RIDICULOUS!! I ordered a last minute cake online for my daughter's 8th birthday. The cake was very cute!! It was moist and delicious! My only negative is that my pick up time was 6pm but I called before coming only to find out that they CLOSED at 6pm. Your online pickup hours need to be changed. Good thing I called before coming because I live near Garner and this place is in North Raleigh. Overall it still deserves 5 stars for the quality and taste!!
Really disappointed in this location. I order frequently and love NBC, today I’m calling from out of town to schedule a delivery for someone in that area. First, it’s a hefty delivery charge and the restaurant doesn’t work with any partners (not the sales person’s fault, just noting that) but then upon scheduling I realized the delivery window is so narrow I’d have to hang up and make sure someone would be home. The sales person was curt and rushed me off the phone to the point she basically hung up on me once she realized I wasn’t ordering that second. It would’ve taken her two seconds to just be a person and be courteous. This is so not the service I expect from NBC. I decided to place my order with a competitor instead. Very disappointed.
