Talked to Louis/Lewis (I don’t know how to spell it lol) on the phone about some questions on an order and was met with excellent customer service. Very pleased with my visit here
As a former Noodles & Co. employee, I love all entrees at noodles. Every one is delicious and a bowl of comfort!However, this location just can’t seem to get it together. I’ve ordered from the Village District Noodles and Co several times now and every. single. time. there is something wrong with the order. To be honest, I don’t know why I keep coming back because at this point I expect something to be wrong or missing when I place my order.My most recent order tonight had two things missing and while I was disappointed, I wasn’t surprised. I can’t seem to wrap my head around why the staff here makes so many mistakes considering they don’t even have any in-restaurant dining. Their responsibilities couldn’t be simpler.Moving forward, it looks like I will be going to Moe’s or Cava when wanting a quick meal from the village. Very said for someone who loves their Noodles and Co!
My son loves their Mac n Cheese. We go about once a week to get some.
I ordered my lunch today from the Noodles and Co., Cameron Village, Raleigh location. First, I was thoroughly impressed! My favorite Japanese Pan Noodles were prepared just the way I enjoy them! They were cooked well, but not overcooked...also, imo, the chicken, pasta, snap peas, and feta cheese were perfectly balanced too, and the dish was so pretty! When I return, I'm going to let the staff know in person. After everything our local restaurants have been through during the ongoing COVID pandemic, I was especially thankful today! :)
Not the best customer service, you can only really order online, but for some reason I haven't even been able to do that lately which is sad because I enjoy the food there. If you do get anything there and you love shrimp, get it with shrimp! Their shrimp is pretty big and tastes awesome. I would keep coming here despite the first few things I said.
My friend and I wanted to stop by for a quick bite, but when we arrived we saw it was online order only. That would not have been an issue except one of the employees rudely told my friend that they were closed as he and all of his friends just sat outside on their phones not doing anything. My friend also caught one of them mocking us as we were walking away to leave. Do not recommend this location.
They have not updated their business listing as temporarily closed. I drove to get food and obviously could not get any.
This location is terrible, avoid if you can. Walked in with an unlocked door and was told orders are "online only". You're literally standing behind a register while you tell me that, insane. Also, the few times I've had food from this location prior, it was very dry. Won't be returning here again. And then there were issues with the ordering system and we may have been charged twice - at that point it was acknowledged theres an issue with the ordering system. In which we were told "we can take your order to help", but you wouldnt the first time? Im not going to pay a THIRD time for food, and hope for 2 refunds later. Terrible customer service, awful.
They were a little pricey but otherwise really nice employees and calm clean space and fantastic & delicious food with what seemed like natural & clean ingredients! Just wish it was a little cheaper lol
I deliver for door dash and they are always on time at this location, which I can't say about most restaurants. However, the hours listed on the door do not match the hours online.
