The food was pretty good but the service was not very good. We sat for quite a while and had to ask the hostess to send someone over to take our drink order, she very rudely answered "oh, uh, sure".Then the waitress never once offered drink refills, and sat chatting at the bar. She didn't even actually serve us, it was other people bringing us food.I will say our orders were all made correctly and everyone ate everything ordered.

I really should have taken pictures, but from the initial interaction, I had a very bad taste in my mouth.We planned to celebrate my sons birthday here for months. We knew about the half priced apps and we wanted to try several different things since we had a large party. The website CLEARLY states that the half price apps are from 3-6 on Sunday in the Lounge- RALEIGH LOCATION ONLY.When we arrived at 3, the manager told me that it does not start till 4pm. She said, that the Raleigh location starts at 4 and what I saw on the website was for other locations.Now, it is VERY insulting for her to state that when it is CLEAR on the website, but she kept insisting even after I showed her and we explained we were there for a celebration. After several times going back and forth, she finally agreed to honor the half price apps, like she was doing me a favor. and honestly, we were grateful at the time because we traveled over 30 minutes to get there and it was a celebration. But the more and more I thought about it and after the very underwhelming meal we had, I don't think it is right the manner in which we were treated. There was a whole thing about the seating too, but I cant get into that right now.The reason I even gave 2 stars is because the server was pleasant, but even she never even said Happy Birthday! I will give her some grace, because maybe, the manager never told her. Other than that....I would like the owner of this establishment to provide a way for me to contact them. I would love to give some additional details you might be interested in. I think it would be nice given the 243.00 I spent in your establishment .
We ate there today as part of our Mother’s Day celebration. Although my wife had eaten there before, this was my first time. The food and service were great. The facility has a very nice ambience and the food is served with a great presentation. And, it tastes just as good! Our server, Jack, was such a nice person. I can’t say enough about him.
We booked their private room on 4/16/22 for our wedding reception of 20+. It was the perfect size and in a great location of the restaurant. Everything was great! Servers were attentive and on top of it, food and drinks were amazing (no complaints from any of my guests) and Chris (the manager) was very thoughtful and provided us with a wedding gift. We really appreciated our servers, the manager, and the kitchen/bar staff for helping us end our wedding day with such a great experience. Looking forward to dining in again soon!

There was an Extremely Rude and Disrespectful Front of the House Manager named Chris!My family and I ordered our food, and when my meal came back stuffed shrimp with crab meat it was not hot! I immediately called the waitress and explained to her the food was not hot, and I wanted my meal hot. After 23 minutes or so my food still did not come out, so I asked the waitress to please get the manager. When the female manager walked up to the table she immediately starting talking and never gave me a chance to say anything! She said , "We are so busy right now" She stated "that the plate was hot and she put her finger in the food" I told her the plate may have been hot, but the food was not hot! She kept on talking and never gave me a chance to explain that I wanted hot food. Every time I began to speak, Chris would cut me off ! I explained to Chris that if the food is not picked up on time, it gets cold after sitting there and walking through the restaurant. The manager was disrespectful and not accommodating! By this time my family had already finished their meal and I told the manager I was not able to eat with my family. She loudly said, " So what do you want me to do cancel the order!"I said yes. On the way out we asked the front desk person for the name of the owner and tried to explain to her how rude and disrespectful the manager had been. We have been coming to this restaurant for over 4 years and had never been treated this way! While we were talking to the front desk person, Chris butts in and starting interfering in our conversation. We asked for the owner's name and she told us it was Jerry Sullivan. She remained yelling at us and told us to leave and that "this is not Burger King you cannot have it your way!." It was so rude and disrespectful until another customer started video taping this incident! We have this incident on tape and the Front House manager rudely talking about Burger King! I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Chris the manager treated me and my family! We will never return here again, because of the humiliating experience we had with the front house manager named Chris! She was cruel, rude and inconsiderate! I sent for the manager to speak to her and she did not allow me to speak, but came straight to the table and starting talking. I sent for her, she should have at least given me the opportunity to express myself with my concerns. It was a horrible experience and I was never able to eat with my family! They had finished their meal and my meal still had not come out! Chris was very insulting to me and my family! The food exceeded my expectation. Our waitress was wonderful-Narga, ask for her and you won’t be disappointed in the service. Not one thing would I have changed. Perfect dinner. Maybe there is one thing I would change… I would wear elastic waist band next time! Because the serving sizes are large. Highly recommend .
Rude and disrespectful front of the house manager name Chris! We dined at the restaurant many times and love the food. Tonight my family members food was cold and we sent it back. The food never came out after about 20 min. We asked to speak to the manger. When she arrived at the table and my family tried to explain to her what was wrong she wouldn't allow my family member to finish her sentence. She started giving a bunch of excuses and my family member never got to tell her side of the story because she kept cutting her off every time she spoke . She also stated that she put her hand in the food and she had argued with the cooks in the back of the house about the food not being hot! My family member stated to her that the food was not hot she began to debate and insinuate that my family member wasn't being honest. We then decided to leave and cancel the order because she was rude and non- apolgetic about her behavior or the cold food. When we walked out we asked for the owners information and she state she gave us his name. She then walked up and stated "This is not burger king and you cant have it your way." I have been in the food industry for 10 years and I have never seen a front of the house manger be so rude and mean to customers. Another customer saw how rude she was and she started filming and we have it on tape! We will never return to the restaurant due to lack of understanding and disrespect from the manger.
Not a great experience. Waitress was not attentive at all. We are very low maintenance but this was not good. Walked past many times with out checking in and kept walking away before we could finalize our orders. I work in retail and really understand good customer service and the importance of basic acknowledgment.
Pros: Nice, clean place. Decent happy hour specialsNeutral: ServiceCons: Overpriced. Sure I only got the simple fish and chips, but for 20 bucks it is equivalent at best to Hibernian or the Carolina Ale House in quality. The con is that it is 1/3 or less the quantity of food for at least 1/3 higher price than the other 2 nearby establishments mentioned.
