I really wanted to like this place. Prices are good and The staff was friendly and the space is cute. The scones were really tasty and the coffee was okay. However, the wait for the food was really long and my daughter’s French toast was dry and overdone. They didn’t come with Nutella like advertised and they weren’t even as good as ones we make at home in the toaster. The Nashville biscuit was just okay. We were generally kind of disappointed.

The scones and coffee were both very good. Nice outdoor seating. Gets busy so come early.

Ham and cheese scone was excellentIced chai and white chocolate scone were great tooThe scones were thinner than usual making them deliciously flaky and less dry. Very tasty!Seating upstairs and outside8.5/10

Uplifting local coffee spot with unreasonably good breakfast food! The outdoor seating is perfect on a nice morning and the all around vibe is 10/10.

The place is conveniently located in the very center of the rather small downtown of Raleigh, but unfortunately they close very early - at 6pm. One large coffee and one banana loaf cost $6.22 in total. Coffee tasted average at best, but the loaf was good. Good seating available both outdoors and, especially, indoors. I wish I did not have to sign the receipt, but could just pay contactless.

Revised from 5 to 2 stars after we finally received our food: THE coffee shop to be in downtown Raleigh. Friendly staff, coffee in actual mugs/cups for dine-in patrons and an extensive menu.Soooo disappointing: 20+ minute wait (before it go busy) for what looks and tastes like instant grits and powdered eggs (already cold as they say out forever while the other dish was made), plus a wrong second dish: French toast tastes like plain fried bread with a hint of cinnamon, no syrup, no Nutella as promised. This is such a lovely place and the menu reads great, but sadly only the coffee lives up to the promise. Teen’s verdict: “This is sad, I cook better at home.”

What an awesome spot! Decided to stop here with my daughter after a stressful week and I'm so happy we did. The food was amazing. The workers were so nice. And I just absolutely loved the motivational notes in the wall. I really needed a pick me up and this was it. We will be back for sure (:

Ahh, I really wanted to love this place but some major downfalls. I ordered a chicken biscuit with egg & cheese and noticed a hair in it that wasn’t mine. I had to trash half of my biscuit and dash to work. The cappuccino was decent but I could not taste the caramel. The dessert case near the cash register had a fly buzzing inside. Photographic food with some major flaws.

The place is neat upstairs where you can sit. The pictures on the wall are a little weird though. Prefer places that don't make you wear masks, but other than that the staff was friendly and the coffee was great. I enjoyed my Chai Tea Latte a lot!

I'm obsessed with this place and sad I don't live anywhere near it. It's going to sound like an exaggeration but literally the best scone and the best oatmilk vanilla latte I have ever had. The service was friendly and the whole place was very clean. I wish I could come here every day!
