Came here because of the good reviews, got the chicken shawarma platter for lunch and was a quick fresh bite. Love supporting local, will be back to try more.
Everything was delicious! Wonderful hummus crispy lamb and warm, fluffy pita. The side salad was full of veggies, olives and feta. There is care shown with their food and it's served up with a smile--a hidden gem!!!
First time here, and we loved it! A cute spot with friendly, welcoming staff and great food. We had the Chicken Shawarma w/ fries, and the Chicken Kabob platter. Their shawarma is made with taziki sauce instead of the typical garlic sauce, so it caught me off guard in the beginning. But it was delicious! The Chicken Kabob was also delicious along with the falafel, humus, and fattoush. Worth a try, will be visiting again ♥️

Very good. The portion looks small at first, but it's perfect and very filling. The rice is perfectly cooked, chicken juicy and flavorful, and hummus delicious. Food was made quickly as well which is a plus. ?
My family loves this restaurant, and we stop by every week for takeout. The food is consistently great, portions are big, and Mona is so helpful and considerate of our children's dairy allergies when we order. We usually order the same thing - chicken gyro or kabobs, and the hummus, rice, and orzo are our favorite sides. Mona is so kind and a pleasure to do business with. We look forward to a good meal and saying "hi" to Mona every week!
One of the best mediterranean places to eat in the Raleigh area. Amazing food and very authentic. The people who own and run it are super nice! I have dairy allergy, and they worked around it and did it with a smile. I had no problem with it. I normally order the chicken kabobs with pita bread, rice, greek salad, and hummus. My favorite part is the chicken. It has the perfect amount of seasoning.
Ate there a few days ago with my brother and had the lamb gyro platter and some stuffed grape-leaves.I would recommend this place to anyone, the food is amazing and the lady upfront was really sweet. For the price of your plate, it comes with so much food and it was really filling (though because it tasted good I wanted some more haha).The place used to be a Quiznos back when I was younger, so I was surprised to hear from the lady that Mona Pita has been here for eight years! But, otherwise, I'm glad to have a place to fill my Mediterranean food cravings. Will come back some other day!

The food here is very good. The lady that cooks you can tell really cares that your food is prepared right with love. The best part? The dessert! Awesome stuff, would recommend to anyone wanting to get a good plate.
