I ate at Moe’s Southwest Grill for the first time and loved it! I had the bowl with chicken. It was great; the chicken was very flavorful. The burritos are huge and filled up my husband. I recommend that you get the queso! It is the best that I have had in a fast food restaurant.
This location is depressing, everyone who works there is miserable, no one greets you or is friendly or has any customer service skills of note. Its like a conveyer belt to get you to the end and pay, overpriced mediocre food, but fast and one star for the chips and queso!

Had an order for 3 staff members. 1 order was not delivered. Been on constant hold for 30 minutes. Unable to speak anyone for refund.
Apparently no longer takes online orders (have tried multiple times over the past few weeks). No one answered the phone so I don’t know if that’s permanent, or even if they’re open. I’ll go to another location, or another restaurant.
Horrible service here. Employees are very rude. Wakefield is much better and worth driving further for.

This store is not kept clean. When I walked on a Friday around 3:45. All of the employees behind the counter preparing food were not wearing masks. This lack of precautions at this time was very disappointing. I turned around and walked out the door immediately. This is not what I would expect from Moe’s
