Online order, so my toppings were written down and they still got it wrong!

Almost every time I go through the drive thru of this Moe’s, there are multiple things wrong or missing. And they don’t answer their phone! Love the convenience of the drive thru but not worth it for a wrong order

Took 35 minutes for a online order, and never was placed on the pickup rack, just sat at the counter. No one called out a name or asked if I was waiting for a pickup. 4 people were working so they weren’t short staffed. Just a completely unorganized mess.

Placed my order online at 4:30pm to ensure that it would be ready so I would have ample time to pick it up on my lunch break at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:35pm, and my food was NOT waiting on the shelve. The cashier asked "is it not on the shelve? Well apparent not, I'm asking you for it. I failed to mention, prior to arriving, I spoke with Sophie to ensure that my order was received and to make sure that the extra chicken that I paid for would be included with my order, because my last two orders was missing the extra $2.59 chicken! The staff did try to find the order while assisting other customers. Finally , someone with a black shirt came out and asked me for my order number, I gave him the order number, asked where was Sophie, he stated that she was in the back, he was just coming on, and would get my order prepared. 15 minutes of my lunch break spent looking for my order, 5 minutes of them looking at each other, and 5 minutes to prepare my food is too long to wait for an order that was placed an hour in advance.

The manager sofia was flat out rude and talked to me and my mom as we were stupid. Tried to overcharge us as well as stared at us the whole time we were in the restaurant. I do not recommend coming here unless you want rude service and to be stared at the whole time you are eating. Wish I could give one star.

We absolutely love Moe’s! And this is our favorite location. The staff is so friendly and work extremely fast even though I know they are short staffed sometimes. We go just about every Sunday since kids eat free:) Thanks for amazing and courteous service!!!

If i could take away the one star, i would. I have always gone back to this place, and every time i go i regret it. If you are looking for customer service, forget it, they don't know what that is. Food is good, but i think employees are instructed to be SUPER STINGY WITH PORTIONS. When it comes to meat, they literally count how many pieces they put on a sandwich, and if you ask for more, you get an attitude. STAY AWAY !!!

Store was filthy and food was disguising. Never going back.

I love me some moes. Some times I get a cashier with a poor attitude but the food always makes up for it. I do hate that they have removed tomatoes from there veggie line up. I dislike onions so I can't just sub for Pico.

Ordered takeout last night from the Brennan Station location and was notified by email they received the order and it would be ready by 5:49. I arrived at 5:49 and already there were 5 other people waiting for their pick up orders. As people kept coming in to dine, us pick up orders stood and waited. No pick up orders were being prepared. Instead of having one employee working on pick up orders and getting us out of the restaurant; we were ignored. I know they were busy and I get that, but something should have been done to get us waiting for orders out of the restaurant. Another option would have been for them to stop taking people coming in and just mention to those people that they need to get caught up on the to go orders and they’d be right back; point to the 6 people standing over waiting and apologize and take care of us. We all waited as patiently as we could, but very disappointed last night. I’ve never experienced this at this particular location. I stood and waited for my order for over 25 minutes. People that were there before me; where still waiting when I got mine completed.
