Went here for lunch with my brother, and ordered a burrito and a bowl. The rice was hard and crunchy. The beans were uncooked and hard as well.When we went to ring up, they rang us up wrong and when I pointed it out, she shrugged.Told her that no, we only had 1 side of queso, and she shrugged again, even though she rang us up for two. Then I had to ask her for that second queso, since I had just paid for it.We got two drinks, which they didnt give us until I asked for them.Save your money and tastebuds, go to chipotle or hell, go to the actual mexican restaurant across the street. It would have been cheaper.
The food was good,but I feel like u should get more meat.The person who was fixing my nachos was putting like a half spoon of meat on the chips,I had to ask can u put more meat on them.I though u should at least get a spoon full.Then with my tacos she try to put even less,her excuse was the meat is going to come out the taco shell.I had to tell her again to add more meat.I would having given 5 stars,if it wasn't for that.
My girlfriend and I just stopped by here to grab a quick dinner around 7:15pm, 2/28/2022. After we got our food and grabbed our drink, there was a few tables occupied by people enjoying their food, while all the other tables had chairs on top of them. So i asked the young lady at the register “which table could we maybe sit at to eat?”, she pointed and replied “yeah, you can sit at that one.” I said “Sweet, thank you”. Then she said “oh nevermind, my manager just said you cant sit anywhere because we are about to close.” At that time it was only 7:25pm. I work at a couple bar’s, i understand the restaurant industry right now and being short staffed but this was absolutely rude.
Moe's has been my favorite restaurant since I was a freshman in college. As long as you order the food in store here you'll be fine. But if you do pickup or delivery, you'll regret not just going to Taco Bell.
Don't order pick or delivery. If they make it Infront of you it's fine. Otherwise you gonna have rice on one side of the burrito and meat on the other.
Horrible customer service. The girls that were working on 1/1/22 at 6:30pm was extremely rude and refused to assist my family. All the workers literally starred at us without greeting. I needed to get my children together before approaching the food line. As I approached the line I said hello to everyone. There was a lady there helping me but then another girl came over and demanded she help me which I am unsure why because she was extremely rude. So as I asked her to add the toppings she had a really rude attitude, she literally gave me a small (I mean very small) spoon of each topping I asked for. I then asked if she can add a tiny more of guacamole she yelled upcharge for guac. Then my husband orders his bowl she did the same exact thing to him. Don’t get me wrong if I need to pay more no problem by all means charge, but I am paying for a fair amount that everyone should get with their food. Before we got to the register the girl who was at the register asked the other young lady what did I say? and then rolled her eyes at me. When approaching the register they were saying just charge her more that’s all and started to laughing about it. After all of this I cancelled my order and walked out without food for my family. I will never return to be treated as if I am a high schooler and be up charged because they feel like it. Workers need to have better customer service skills. I will never return to this location never encountered this issue at any other Moe’s location. I will be calling the corporate office as well. My family was extremely hungry and this is Unacceptable!!!!
Worst Moe's I've ever visited. Well before closing, had the cashier mopping the floor along the path to get food. That's asking for a lawsuit. Next, the same woman literally ignored us in favor of continuing to mop after we got to the counter to pay. Was not greeted with a friendly welcome to Moe's comment and generally had the poorest service I've seen in a long time.
Moe's have never missed for me. I had a custom bowl with tofu. The customer service was great.
My only problem with this place was that they were out of ALOT of stuff. Food was alright it wasn’t raw or anything but I didn’t thoroughly enjoy my experience here.
Staff was rude, the food was cold, found a cockroach on the table. Needless to say I asked for a refund. Staff did not apologize or accommodate any kind of way. This place needs serious help, training, and proper food temperature for serving clients. Please do not waste your money or your time going to this place you will be disappointed. The owner or the manager please feel free to contact me I would love to here what your comments are and how you plan to improve these areas. WRAL needs to do a story on this place, this is how bad it is!
