We placed an order last evening and when the delivery person delivered our order, there were issues with the order (not the fault of the restaurant at all). When I called the restaurant to let them know what happened, the manager (and I am sorry I did not get his name) was kind enough to take care of us, even though it was not their fault. The food was delicious as always, but the customer service was over and above and this Moe's has definitely earned my business. Thank you!
My wife and 10yo stopped by and went inside for a kids meal at 4.30pm there was no customers in the store and the three employees who were there pretending to be busy let them wait for 10min before acknowledging them and finally taking their order!! The food might be good but the service is absolutely horrible!! We will never order or go back to this location!!
By far the worst Moe's ever! Me and my coworker just drove 8 hours to get here and we ordered door dash about 25 minutes out. Once we got to our rooms and got the food it was someone else's order. It had my receipt on the bag with a total different order inside. I'm guessing that communication and teamwork isn't taught at this location. We couldn't get our orders corrected because they closed. This is what happens when you have employees that are in a hurry to go home and don't care about the customer. To make it even worse, the receipt for this order was in the bag also but it was also wrong!!
Had the best experience today. I can’t remember his name but he helped me make my salad which was a little complicated. The service was above and beyond.
I've honestly eaten at Moe's around the country, coast to coast, and hands down this is the best. The employees here are always nice and the food just tastes better. I honestly don't know how they do it, but maybe better workers, better food, better customer service? 100% recommended. My son and I want to say thanks Wake Forest Moe's team! Shout out to the "To Go" guy, he's always on point.
This location is on their "A" game every time I have stopped in! Aaron, the night time manager, runs a smooth shift and he is always a pleasure to interact with! The quality of the food is always great, great choices and great price! Also, the staff is always so nice and helpful! I will continue to prefer this location and if you stop by yourself, you'll understand why??
It's not that the food is bad. It's good for what it is. It's the nickle and diming with everything on the menu. And the pricing does not coincide with the scale of the restaurant - at all. Definitely not worth what they are charging at all.
Just go in an order. 3 times I’ve ordered online and it took 10-20 mins to get it once I reach (which is like 15 mins after I place it). Faster to just go thru line.
You might not expect it from a chain but everybody working here seems to love it. There is an upbeat feel that comes from the workers and customers every time I go. Food is great too!
