Haven't been to this location in a while, don't know what happened but it definitely was underwhelming compare to what I remember.I got the homewrecker bowl, the rice was undercooked and the chicken very dry. Also, I ordered from the app, and a lot of the ingredients that I usually ask for were missing from the list including mushrooms, corn salsa, and cucumber.I did like that the added the separate door for the to go order, and at least the queso was good. But I guess I'll have to go back to the one on Creedmoor Rd next time

Messed up 3 different orders. All missing items, made wrong, delivered to wrong address (gave DoorDash wrong address). Made complaints on website never received a response. Called corporate can only leave message. Won’t be back. Fooled me 3 times.

Fast and friendly customer service. The restaurant is always clean, and the team members are on it when it comes to helping each other provide great customer service. I am never waiting for my order. I have NEVER had an issue with my order Delivery or pickup (never!)

Love their daily specials. Helps make it affordable. Good food. Awesome salsas and chips with every order.

Lobby is closed and they don't have a POS to take orders you have to on their app. The Moe's app is one of the worst restaurant apps I have ever used. It has gotten better but the app is still bad. 5 people are working but orders are slow to come out. App said 20 minutes but we are way passed that now. Management I would suggest a sign telling people online orders only. Secondly someone ..

This was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. The chicken and rice was so dry I had to smother it in queso to even stomach it. The salsa that comes with the chips tasted vinagery and old, it was inedible. The tortilla was chewy and dry. The damn chips had more moisture than this burrito. It seems like the quality has gone down since they started only taking online orders. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The staff working today at 430 were awesome. Keep up the great work. You guys took the initiative to make me happy.

I used to love Moe's, but visits lately have been disappointing. On the visit to this location, I ordered curbside pickup on the app, and whoever made my salad basically just created whatever they wanted and ignored my order. The biggest problem was that they added jalapenos and cilantro, which were not listed as something I wanted. I have trouble eating spicy food, so while this might seem trivial, it was a significant issue. They also added beans when I said no beans and gave me the wrong salsa. My fiance placed a separate mobile order (he had a birthday reward), and they left off guac on his burrito as well as a couple of other ingredients while adding some that he did not want. He also got the wrong salsa. When we called for curbside pickup, the lady who answered the phone was so confused, like she hadn't done a curbside order before and didn't understand my name. It took several minutes to receive our food when we were clearly the only customers there.Management comped my fiance's order after the fact, but that won't encourage me to return to Moe's anytime soon, as I am looking for my orders to be accurate.

Tonight my bf and I were about to get Chipotle for dinner. He suggested Moe’s.I thought back to all the times in high school when I ate Moe’s at least twice a week, and realized that I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade. Most days I cook all my meals from scratch bc the risk is too great going out to eat.Having a huge list of food intolerances and allergies, it can be difficult to find reliable restaurants w good ingredients.Moe’s has always been a great experience, working w me to make sure I can have a quality, tasty meal without feeling sick for weeks or going to the hospital. My bf and I spent about 20 mins going over the menu to figure out which foods and ingredients would be safe for me to eat. After careful consideration, we finally placed our order for the create your own fajita kit. When my bf got home and we opened the box, I was sorely disappointed. We asked for extra sour cream and said that we have no problems paying extra for it. Sour cream neutralizes my stomach’s response to the onion and pepper in the guac so I can tolerate eating a little bit of it without getting sick. Not only did we not receive extra sour cream, we received the wrong rice (which I cannot eat) and beans (I absolutely cannot eat beans). After $50 + tip, I’m left with a hungry stomach and sadness at how one of my favorite restaurants has failed me.I could only eat 3 things in the entire box.Excitement turned to disappointment so quickly, and I’m sad to say that I cannot trust the quality control at Moe’s and I have to add them to the list of restaurants that are not safe for me to eat at anymore. :(

Food was good as usual but construction going on and my wife said there was a sign saying they will be getting rid of their dining in area. I hope she misread that.
