Have not been to Milton’s in a while and was looking forward to another great visit. Sadly this is not the same Milton’s from the my past visits. The food was average and the dining room was not inviting. The salad bar was a disappointment and an utter mess. When this was brought to the attention of the manager, he put his BARE hands into the salad bar to clean it. Ewwwwww. After declining a salad, I waited for my pasta dish which was nothing exciting. I’m not liking the newly run Milton’s.

I got take out a few days ago and I got the Primavera with shrimp and the Philly cheese steak. The primavera had NO sauce that usually comes on it and the vegetables were super undercooked and no seasoning and the shrimp looked the part too. The Philly was pretty good though (would recommend) but I’ve never had this issue with Miltons in the past, 2 months ago the primavera and it was an entirely different pasta than the one I received only giving a 1 star because of the undercooked shrimp I’ll try it again eventually but not until the pastas are better it’s like a light switch flipped.

Came here for a Saturday afternoon lunch with a party of 10. Seated right away and found everything and everyone very accommodating. Fresh and flavorful food on the buffet. Will be back.

We have been visiting Milton's for several years. I understand the restaurant industry has been hit hard with inflation and staffing issues. However, I don't feel as though Milton's is an affordable family restaurant at this point. We visited today and all had the buffet. Milton's used to offer so many great options on the buffet including wings. They have been removed for some time now and replaced with cheaper food choices yet the price of the buffet along with menu items have increased in prices. Also, the buffet for kids used to be charged per age. My girls are 11 & 12 and this past weekend visit to the buffet, each were charged $14+ for the buffet. My kids certainly did not eat $14+ of food from the buffet and when I inquired, I was told the kid pricing for the buffet end at age 10. Overall, disappointing and overpriced visit. ~~ Jill I.

Hands down the best tasting pizza around. This pizza has to be the closest tasting pizza to a Long Island slice that I can find; most other places are greasy and floppy. Milton’s pizza is a great slice that is hard to come by!

After covid killed so many buffets it's a true sign of how good Milton's is , for less than some starters in olive garden you can have a feast of outstanding pizzas, a wide scope of Italian dishes and get salad and dessert , hard to beat and very tasty to.The pizzas seem to be quite random , naturally there seems always to be the plain and pepperoni but after that who knows what you will get , it's exciting for me but if your looking for a specific pizza your going to have to pay or get lucky. The salad bar is well stocked and all fresh, no limp lettuce here. From lasagna to ribs to corn nuggets there is a massive selection to choose from if your not a pizza fan, healthy food options are there if you fancy. The deserts have less options but are well made and the pies are especially nice. The restaurant itself has a mild Italian vibe with lots of room and comfy seating , if the weather's good they have tables outside to.So all in all if you visit you will see why they survived and I am very thankful they did.

I had a fabulous lunch. Great friendly service! And y'all outdid yourself on that buffet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Great Job Milton's, I'll be at Six Forks for dinner Thursday! Sorry no pics! :-(

Great place. My family loves going there. Good food....good prices....great staff. Must give them a try.

Greeted then seated immediately. Glad to see Covid guidelines practiced. Servers kind and friendly. Asst. Manager Carrie will check in with you. Buffet lunch served daily, or choose from their menu. The salad bar replenished all day. A variety of pizza with your favorite toppings, soups, pastas, ribs, chicken, vegetables available. If you're not yet stuffed there's a dessert bar incl. key lime and strawberry pies, cookies, brownies, carrot cake, etc. Kid friendly. Private room with T.V. for parties and meetings. Also a full bar. My favorite place to visit with friends and family. Check out the new winter hours.

My first time to this place in over a decade.(I was not I'm pressed the first time) had the buffet. Not a large selection and food was not very impressive. I wouldn't be surprised if I don't return for another decade.
