Let’s start with the food. It was very good. The bruschetta was amazing ? The pizza was good. My children loved it.Now let’s talk about our waiter. My husband was not happy with his service. When the waiter sat 2 more tables our service was neglected.Apparently we gave off the vibe that we wouldn’t tip well. This was very disappointing. ?so for that I give 3⭐️if you can get passed a better dressed table getting better service and only care about the food…..??♀️give this place a visit.
Let me start off by saying I absolutely love Mellow Mushroom as a chain but this location has gone down hill tremendously. The past three visits have been a waste of money and time. Just speaking on my visit tonight, I was first served burnt bread for bruschetta, I'm talking the edges were literally black. I asked the waiter if he could just supply new garlic points so I could just make my own bruschetta and he did, while they were handing us our food. The pizza that I received was half cooked and half raw dough. At this point I was so frustrated we just asked for the checks. I took one bite of my pizza and a few bites of a bruschetta point. Just save your time and head to the Cary location, they are always right on point!

I have visited here times.service always welcoming and relaxed. 3rd visit I opted for my first sandwich instead of pizza. On the first visit I ordered jerk chicken sandwich, it was fantastic. 3rd visit I wanted the same sandwich and it tasted like the jerk sauce was not there. I asked staff could they fix it. Staff was great and brought back a small container with jerk sauce in it but I felt the sandwich would've been the same as the first if the sauce was cooked into it. I love the place but rated 4 stars because of the inconsistency. I will still return, but not for the jerk sandwich. Pizza is great! And all my friends that skeptically ordered the burgers were drooling over the burgers at first and second bites. Saying things like "taste like homemade old fashion burgers my mom use to make. Mmmm, Moist, thick and beefy".
Overall a positive experience with huge portions. Make sure you go when it is warm enough to sit outside as the restaurant inside and especially the terrasse are very very noisy.

Had an amazing experience. The food was the best I've had at a Mellow Mushroom. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, just perfect. The service was snappy and very pleasant. Not too conversational, but not rude or anything. This is the perfect Mellow Mushroom experience in my books.
Outdoor seating is a perk! It is usually quiet and service is fast. Drinks are good and pizza dough is excellent! The sauce on shiitake mushroom pizza is very delicious! Try it once and you will be a regular!
What a cool vibe!My first time to a Mellow Mushroom and I was really impressed by the menu, atmosphere, and great service. Vegan and vegetarian accommodations are also available.I recommend stopping by if you're in the mood for a slice. The pizzas and salads were delicious.
