The service was great and the servers were attentive when I went to the counter for refills and was even asked if I wanted to order a dessert ?. Very rare after your order at a fast food spot. We were extremely not expecting the ciabatta bread on our sandwiches to be soft to the bite was like What?? ? so that alone was a surprise. They have the best in Tea and other drinks. If avaliable while at the time of this post be sure to try the BlackBerry ? Lemonaid.
Great service, great food, great prices! Made fresh to order and portion sizes were very filling. Delicious and I would definitely come back!
Because of this McCalister's location, I was late for work. I was told my order would be ready no later than 11:18 am. Instead, it was not ready, and they told me they could "give me zero time frame due to so many orders." I then said okay, I'll be back in an hour, will it be ready then? And I was met with an "I don't know mam." In the parking lot, they screamed at me to come back into the restaurant, and then I did, and they proceeded to take their freaking time further with getting it together. I will NEVER go to McCalister's again and will be spreading the word for my people not to, either. They didn't even offer to compensate me, give me anything free, or apologize.
We did a take-out order for 3 people, Spent nearly $36 on dinner. Came home opened up my Box that I paid good money and time get and I see too small broccoli florets as my side dish. Really, guys? For the money we pay for this I'd expect a lot better service with my food. Won't be coming back here.
Great customer service and their sandwiches are to die for!!! Full of toppings, no skimping here!! Large menu, need to visit more often to try their many creative dishes! Busy place, but they make you feel like you're their only customer. Hometown feel with big city taste!
Service is terrible and you’re lucky if the order is correct, let alone prepared properly. There’s far too many good local businesses that will appreciate the business. Shop local.
I would not even give 1 star for this place. The customer service from staff is absolutely horrific. Went in today to grab a sandwich, after placing order I waited about 25 minutes for my order, I asked the young lady at cash register and I wish I knew her name, do you know why this is taking so long? She replied by telling me "did you not see the sign on front door that we are short on staff." I only had about 3 people in front of me and it took 25 minutes to make a sandwich with 2 people in the kitchen and one cashier. Then I asked for my tea refill from a gentleman at a cash register, and he snatched I mean literally snatched cup out of my hand with a lot of attitude. And still these people have no shame, they threw may bag with food in it on counter top, that was the most unwelcome experience I had in my life.
Never ever have I had an employee come out from behind the counter and approach me like he was goingTo attack me. Then tell me I’ve got him F^*}ed up. Rudest employees considering I was simply asking them to remake a sandwich that was made wrong. All 3 employees spoke aggressively and indicated that the customer just doesn’t understand and that customers put too much pressure on them.
Service and staff were very polite and accommodating. I order a chocolate chip cookie and the one that was provided to me was harder than normal and dark along the edges. Staff swapped out my cookie for a soft chewy one with no problems.
This was not what I was expecting. I ordered the New Yorker curbside while I sat in my car, it was delivered promptly after I called it in. However, when I opened what I thought was going to be the best sandwich on earth was NOT. It appeared slapped together and reheated, it did not look fresh everything about this sandwich was wrong. I threw it away, after one bite. I was hurt because I was craving one that day. I think I still am hurt...lesson learned.
