Fantastic customer service. Great lobster rolls, great taste.

Very disappointed. I ordered delivery of a Bar Harbor Connecticut Roll and ended up getting a random shrimp and garlic roll. Not even close to what I ordered and not even a menu item.

Very expensive place to eat, i only saw two people buying togo there, the whole restaurant was quiet with no customer dine-in. Food quality was poor, that wasn’t deserved to pay $21 a lobster roll. I should have take a picture compare to those with five stars post about this place. Mine wasn’t deserve $21. By the way, I have noticed the price been changing constantly from $16 to $19 to $21……….it is not worth it to go there if the price keep going up, but the portion and food has such poor quality.

Very pricey... but it's soooo worth it great flavor n all. Staff was great. All the rolls are my favorite!!

Yikes, doordash pricing higher than in-store/pick up. Lobster roll was definitely small and lacked a little bit of flavor. Don’t see the restaurant lasting long in North Hills. For the prices you pay for 1 lobster you can use at one of the restaurants nearby and get a full meal and feel like you got your money’s worth.

I JUST LEFT AND THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING. I ATE EVERYTHING IN FIVE MINUTES IT WAS SO GOOD

Lobster roll was delish! Fast out of kitchen and friendly service!

My husband & I were in the area so we decided to try them out. My husband walks in the location at around 8:15 pm to grab a menu (door & everywhere you look up the restaurant says they close at 9). He walks back in about 3 mins later to place an order to be told they are closed. WELL WHY TF IS THE DOOR OPEN OR AT MINIMUM My husband should have been told they couldn't take anymore orders for the night. I promise you they will NOT ever get our business & I'll make sure to share our experience.

Food was okay, but not really worth the price; i spent forty dollars on a tiny roll and mac n cheese. The roll was decent, nice and buttery. However the mac n cheese seemed thrown together. The lobster and mac n cheese didn’t meld well together at all; seemed lazy.
