They have really good food!
Usually order large pizza and we get it extra crispy. I’ve been coming here for years. Tonight the pizza was undercooked and I didn’t realize how bad til I got to the second half. Doughy and gross. The manager was suppose to come to the table and never showed. When I mentioned again the manager never showed to the table But took 5.00 off. We were all starving and had movie tickets so we couldn’t wait for new order. The manager for one could have come to the table But didn’t and at least offered a free Pizza next time or something a little better than this
Great brewpub, sports bar, staff, beers and food!
We will go out of our way when we pass through Raleigh to hit this place. Beer is always on point, and food is equally good. Got a flight of all IPAs this time, our waitress Alyssa was very helpful in choosing beers. One of the few craft breweries in RDU that keeps a top-notch pilsner on all the time. Don't sleep on the build-your-own nachos, an incredible shareable meal.
We've been to both locations and love them both. This one is more of a restaurant. Really good food, great beer selection, super friendly staff! We had a few apps and a personal "everything but the sink" pizza. The pizza was AMAZING. The chicken cakes were really good (you get 2 to an order) and the croutons which were just pizza crust pieces and marinara (wouldn't get those again). The Bill and Ted Excellent Adventure Amber Ale is my favorite beer there. We go everytime we're in Raleigh.
Used to love this place. Not sure what’s been going on lately but the last few times I’ve ordered to go food, things have been missing and the food is not good.Just last night 3/20/22,Pretzel bites were so hard, overcooked, and burnt.And Sides missing with meals.I had to call back five times because the phone kept messing up, and the guy on the phone wanted me to bring my Buffalo chicken sandwich back to ensure that it was missing the chips which weren’t in the bag. So bring my sandwich back to show you that it didn’t have the side and then it gets cold in the meantime?Food is always over cooked. The kitchen needs to get it together and servers need to realize how the food needs to look before it hits the table and to go boxes.Last few times eating in the dining room, food came out cold and the server just was not friendly or pleasant.I understand it’s gets busy at times and mistakes happen but recently food and service is not what it used to be.Careless and clueless people working more times than not.I keep coming back to see if it’s different but it’s disappointing time after time.

The goal of this place seems to be to maximize the price per visit rather than make repeat/loyal customers. My husband and I made reservations for the igloo on Valentine's Day and for the cost we could have fine dined at 71 Above in LA or Capital Grille here in Raleigh. Staff was friendly. Food was AWFUL. The appetizers were the only decent thing about the courses provided but it's probably because this is their specialty (bar food). I wish they would have charged a premium for the igloo and just charged regular prices for the food because I'm pretty sure folks downstairs enjoyed their food far more. Hell, even a minimum spend would be reasonable. Just stick with what you know, LBC. The chicken alfredo had mushy spiral noodles rather than fettuccine and the sauce tasted like Ragu. Nothing wrong with Ragu but for the cost, do better. The cookies were Chips Ahoy. The igloo was cute overall but not $300 cute. They got us this time but I promise we won't be back even if the the bar menu is great. I feel like they got over on us and because of this we just can't go back. Edited to add that we DEFINITELY won't be back based on the response. Really adding insult to injury here.
The food was decent. What really mad this place better than three stars was our server. I wish that I had her name. Slinder young lady with tats. She was fast, funny and a pure joy to be around. That is what made t u is visit worth it.
Great neighborhood bar/ brewery. Awesome wings, pizza is pretty decent. The beer can be hit or miss sometimes but nothing you're gonna not like, plus they are always happy to let you sample. Personable staff, very attentive.
