Have been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue, until today. My mother and I went in at about 3 pm this afternoon for a late lunch, the restaurant was not busy whatsoever. Was first greeted by the hostess who had an attitude and was less than welcoming. Our server came by nice at first, took our drink orders and let us know it may be a few minutes as the bartender was alone today, not a problem! After about 5 minutes our server comes back by to take our food order. 20 minutes goes by with nothing but waters. Server comes back with an attitude and asks if we have had anything come out to us, which we respond no. 2 minutes later appetizers, salads and entrees all come out at once. Server then says the bartender left without making the drinks. I was understanding until this point. The bartender on staff has been employed at this location for many years and has been our server on many occasions. He has always been amazing and made sure all of his patrons have everything they need, so I really doubt that is the case. I believe his name is Brandon, but I could be wrong. He’s great! About 10 minutes after getting our food the drinks come out, and now the server has a giant attitude. Asks if everything is okay, i say yes. As my mom asks for some sauce she walks right away. We ended up scarfing down our food and paying the check through the handy QR code option. Never have I left a bad tip, but this time I felt no choice. Never once was there an apology offered, just excuses and blaming others. I can understand problems happening in the kitchen but to have an attitude to a table that is understanding and not making a scene about the inconvenience is unacceptable. I hope the management sees this and understands quality has gone down severely. There was one great server who picked up the other one’s slack right before she got off at 4 pm. So thank you to the lady who stepped up! Disappointment is an understatement
We have visited this location before but it had been a while ago. The wait time was an hour. So we decided to sit at the bar instead. Justin was One of the bartenders. We always share our meal because we aren't big eaters. The price was very reasonable for what we ordered. See attached. We not only got great service, good drinks and the food was excellent. I told my husband, "this is why we love this place." They treat you like family. We highly recommend this place whether you are visiting the area or if you are a local.
This was the Raleigh location in Brior Creek. We dined in for Easter for lunch. The place was busy! Tables were way too close for comfort, but we got a booth. We were sat right away. The waitress wasn't too friendly, but was professional and prompt. The food was delicious, steak cooked just as requested. My son got the salmon and he enjoyed it. Drink was delicious and the bread was warm and soft. And bathrooms were clean. Overall, when in Raleigh, we would go again.
This is a quality of service review, we did not even make it to trying the food. My party had called ahead previously [ten people] to see for reservations which they do not take. The problem comes when we arrive from a hour drive to be told they cannot do "large parties". They could not be bothered to tell us this in advanced when we had called originally. If your guests have the decency to try and properly arrange a group, the least you can do is be forward with them.
Service was not good. Received our bread well into the entree, shortly before the appetizer. Sheesh. Food was fair, but prices were nice and high!! However, the bartender was great and my marquiritas were awesome, only thing worth the price. I recommend the bar.
We were the last ones to leave. I was having dinner with my daughter and grandson. For it to be the end of the night, I must say I had no complaints. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared just right. We truly enjoyed our experience. Our waiter Jonathan was awesome and attentive.
Took my beau, my BF & her beau here for her Birthday. We had a Great time! Service was on point and the food was delicious. Plus they carry Kendall Jackson ....a prerequisite for the Birthday Girl! LongHorn does Steak right and not one of us was disappointed!

It was very good. My friend ordered the steak and customized per her dietary needs. I ordered the grilled shrimp.The shrimp was cold on the inside but as soon as we told the waitress, she helped fix that and brought them out fresh and piping ?. Everything tasted ?
We come there all the time and Chance waits on us but he was off today and a new young lady named Carolyn or something like that helped us and was very awesome. You guys def know how to hire friendly staff. Food is always good. Haven’t had a bad meal there yet and have been there over 30 times. Thanks for everything.
