We buy fish here almost every week and it is always good. I really like that they carry fish that is less common, like ribbon fish
Purchased what I had purchased in the past. Dry scallops, not wet scallops which was what I got. You can't pan sear a wet scallop. Ruined a fine risotto with roasted red pepper and orange & lemon zest.Can't call to complain because lack of staff leaves them with no one to answer the phone. Was advised to come visit the location with concerns. BLEEP!!! I'm supposed to drive 40 miles each way and burn $15 of gas to tell them that they sold me inferior product.The positive outcome was that the raccoons seemed to enjoy the meal immensely.Needless to say I won't be going back.
We have subscribed to the weekly program for a couple of years now. We receive seasonal , locally caught seafood. We love it. I love the freshness, the seasonality and the great service every week when I pick up my fish on Thursdays. I love chatting with the gentleman on different kinds of seafood they got that week, cultural meaning of different fish, favorite parts of fish from other parts of the world. I'm proud to support the Local seafood!
