Since I discovered Lee's Kitchen in 2010/2011; it has been a worthwhile experience. Recommended to all who want to spoil themselves a lot with Jamaican Cuisine - with some touch of class!

I don't know what happened to y'all but I'm very disappointed! I never got a small portion of a full rack of ribs! I know understand the cost of food going up but so did your prices. Paying more for food with less portions is not the business. I know it don't matter to y'all but will no support no more. Bring back the old Lee's Kitchen!

Lunch counter with essentially no seating. Good food.

Best jamaican food in Raleigh. But u gonna work for it. The food is prepared. It's sitting in trays in front of the 2 people working the counter.Today im waiting outside for the 4 person line in front of me to go down. 20 mins later 2 people walk out with 1 tray of food each. Why would it take so long to prepare 2 trays?2 other people walked in to get orders theyd called in. They werent ready. So they made their orders right away while everyone else waited. So im waiting, now watching, still trying to figure out why its taking so long. I mean Im looking at them not believing what im seeing. Theyre moving super slow. Arguing with each other. Took them forever to even get the lady's order in the front. Then she went to wait at the back of the pickup line. Why? They coulda made her tray in that time.So i left. Tried to order on grubhub. No listing. Why, i wonder? Postmates worked. But no cornbread on the app. No option for extra jerk sauce.Update: they just canceled the online order. No reason. Im good with it though after reading all the people reviewing on here who reported food poisoning. Sorry Lee. Wont be coming back. And Ive been a regular for a long time, yo.Best jamaican food in raleigh. But you gonna work for it.

The curry chicken was not completely cooked. I have never had the type pieces chosen for a curry chicken. Food never consistent when purchasing sometimes good sometimes not. The value goes up for the dishes but not the quality nor the amount.

Gave this place a second chance just now. Burnt plantains and extremely dark oxtails. Patti was bland. It’s Something up with that oxtail gravy. Gave me a headache and now I feel like I want to throw up. Everything came out to 30 something dollars. I was better off just going to a Jamaican spot in Durham. Never again

The wait was a bit long but they were very busy, had a line out the door. I see why now because the food is so good, I will definitely be coming back. ?

My order was wrong …. They left out the oxtails got no rice and peas and there was thick oil coating EVERYTHING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. The containers …. Terrible! Food was salty cold hard and nasty.

Yesterday I went around lunch time. It wasn’t many people and I still waited about 30 minutes. I got the brown stew chicken plate. Today I have food poisoning from this restaurant. I feel horrible. Would not recommend. The food was really greasy.

A little pricey but still delicious. My jerk chicken was dry and overcooked. That was my very first time having that happen in years. I would definitely recommend eating here.
