Mini Original Iced Strawberry and Glazed Sour Cream cake donuts were greatOriginal Glazed mini and lemon filled glazed donut were good (I think raspberry glazed would have been better but they had just sold out)8/10
They have the worse drive-through employees of all Raleigh Durham area they are so aggressive they never have lemon donuts raspberry they never have lattes anything very aggressive trying to order two donuts maybe twice a month it’s a shame
Donuts are always the best and in high demand. I commend the 2 workers for holding it together on a Sunday night with a line around the building. Dining room was closed. Was disappointed they only had glazed as I wanted to use a coupon for 2 dozen mixed. The glazed were all different sizes I guess due to being understaffed, but still were the delicious melt in your mouth perfection.
On my birthday! As usual the donuts were good but the people at this place are ridiculously rude! The dining room was closed and they refused to serve me as a customer on foot. In downtown Raleigh we are plenty of people do not drive. I was told that I could walk through the drive-through and after standing in line in cars that wrapped all the way around the building the general manager began yelling at me and telling me that I don’t listen and that I was a problem and threaten to call the police. In the end I ended up getting my dozen donuts but what an eye-opener to what customer service has become.
If you're from North Carolina, you know that the HOT light means it's time to stop at Krispy Kreme. I am and I did. A dozen fresh glazed doughnuts and some milk make everyone in the house happy. It's an institution, and everyone should try them hot and fresh at least once in their lives.
My son was treating me for my birthday so we went and got a box of the Twix doughnut’s, sorry to that the original filled doughnut topped with chocolate and twix was stale and the one that was supposed to have a whole twix bar in it was filled with chocolate. Needless to say I am very disappointed in this box and it wasn’t what I expected to get at all. I won’t be trying anymore new limited time specials.
We LOVE Krispy Kreme! I'm so happy we are able to enjoy these. Unfortunately, my kids were disappointed today because only the drive-thru was open. At this location, we used to love watching the donuts ? being made. We are hoping that this opportunity will return.

Terrible terrible customer service!! I came with dollars and coins. I was told by the manager (Michelle) it’s 2022 use a debit card. I literally had the EXACT amount of dollars and coins.
They are really working hard to get customers served quickly. Only the drive thru is open now but, to me, delicious Boston cream donuts w/chocolate frosting are worth the wait! Thank you to all the staff.
