We started part of my son's birthday party here. The staff were exceptional. There was a delay with the lanes we were to be using so we started in the gaming area. The hostess assigned to our lanes helped us get names set up for the games. She took care of us bringing pizza and drinks. Service was great from beginning to end.
Great place for family and friends. Went tonight with our kids and truly enjoyed our time. The entire staff was very friendly. Brittany our server was Amazing! We will definitely be returning soon. Thank guys for a wonderful night.
I mean really?!? Kings is the IT place to be in North Hills. Fun loving, easy going and most importantly safe. The ambience is one of beauty and excitement! Can't wait to go back!!!
We were treated amazingly by the staff. Collin our waiter was great. He kept up with our party of 22 ppl with food and bar orders. He had a great personality and made our night so enjoyable. Brie greeted us and had an infectious positive attitude. We all had a great time. The food was good and there was no shortage of it. Drinks were good. Bowling & arcades kept us entertained. So if u are considering a party and something fun for your adult friends definitely consider Kings and request Collin.
My family and I went here to celebrate my sister-in-law birthday. The music was great, food was good, and we had the best waitress, Jasmine!!!! Kings, please give Jasmine a raise, she was very attentive, friendly, and ensured we were straight with food and drinks!!!! We will come back soon!!!
Shout out to King’s in North Hills:The staff was great! Only high tables in the entire place, but Matt got the team moving to pull out and set up a low table to accommodate my dad who is in a wheelchair! Matt is an ADA Champion! And he took our order as well as checked on us numerous times. Our waitress Q was also very good. The food was delicious too. Fun time.
Great place for bowling, pool(billiards) and other games with families and friends, kid friendly. Clean. Food is good too! I love their shakes, burger and fries! Nice place to celebrate birthdays too.?
We had a lane reservation for 4 people, and the lane next to us had 15 people on it and completely overtook our area including spilling our drinks multiple times. While I understand that this was not Kings fault, we addressed it with the staff several times after speaking with the group and nothing changed. We hit the call button for food/drinks several times but the waitstaff did not address us once. We asked one of the employees if we could order through her, and she said someone should help us. 2.5 hours later and nobody addressed us. We had to go to the bar for drinks and the service was slow and more time was spent trying to get service than bowling.
I never leave reviews, but I had to for Kings. We showed up with a large group unexpectedly, and the staff on Monday was so accommodating. Service was all-around awesome. Food was prompt and delicious; whoever was working the kitchen gets a special shout-out for that. The total experience was just really, really good. Everyone was professional, friendly, and really went above and beyond. I'm adding this location to my go-to list of places in Raleigh.
Nice place, but value vs dollar seems disproportionate. Food is ok, salty/greasy but is the kind of food you expect. Front desk girl was really nice for it being our first time. Rest of the staff (servers) seemed not concerned to help or let us order. Seemed to be a challenge to get their attention and didn't care even when I did.
