The food and drinks were delicious and satisfying. I had the fish and chips. It came with coleslaw and fries and the tartar sauce was a delightful surprise of flavor. Definitely something I would order when coming back here, oh, and my boss had the grilled chicken wings. Excellent choice. Combine that with the cocktails we ordered from the bar and it was a beautiful dinner time. Very well ? ? done. See you guys again for sure.
Trying again the best chicken wings ever. My favorite are grilled Buffalo garlic. Here you can find awesome service, great food, I come for the Hawaiian pizza but everyone is highly satisfied with the delicious cuisine. Very neat and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Really enjoyed the Fresh Berry Salad. It had some tender juicy grilled chicken, with blueberries, mandarin oranges, and strawberries. Service was on point as well.
I visited the Garner Station location. I ordered the salmon entree with fries and cole slaw. The first time I ordered this was at the Durham location. I can attest, the Durham location was much better! The salmon did not have a seared and seasoned taste. It tasted as if it had only been heated warmly - very disappointing! Durham's portion size was slightly better, as well. I like chilled cole slaw, but, this slaw was so cold, I couldn't eat it alone. I had to eat something warm with it to balance it out...... "okay" meal...

Wife and I stopped in for a nice lunch. They did not disappoint. There was a small wait due to lack of employees but wow, the food was great and the service from our waitress was above and beyond. We could not have asked for a better experience. Most of the time the waiter or waitress is what helps make a visit the make or break scenario. Again I do not recall her name but our waitress was very attentive and paid attention to details about order. Please when you encounter great service such as this, reward your waitress/waiter as they should be rewarded for keeping a positive attitude and making your experience more enjoyable.
With a friend, we walked in to Kickback Jack's too late for lunch and too early for the "early bird" dinner (3pm - 6pm). So we ordered an appetizer to wait 23 minutes to order the early bird dinner! Our waiter was wonderful to allow this. We had the BEST shrimp appetizer that was generously appointed with shrimp! For the dinner, my Friend ordered the Berry Salad with chicken, berries and fresh greens while I wanted the fish and chips. Great meal, attentive staff made it a terrific time!
Solid place. The server we had was excellent! When we went to eat it was New Year’s Day and they warned us they were short staffed. The restaurant was busy. Our server did an excellent job and recommend some things to eat and he was spot on - the Bufalo chicken dip and the turkey flatbread too. I had winds and they were good too. Great time and great service.
came out to hang out with one of my childhood friends. Restaurant was very clean, entire staff was wonderful, food was hot and fresh.We had a great time right until it was time to pay the bill.The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because the server told me she couldn't take my chime debit card because kickback Jack's doesn't accept it. It's a visa so there shouldn't have been a problem.Fortunately my friend was able to cover me but I didn't appreciate being put in a position where I wasn't able to pay for my meal or tip my server.
I was disappointed in my portion. I ordered Shrimp & fish minus the fish get extra shrimp but I think they forgot to put the extra shrimp in my box. I dined in before and got so many shrimps not the fish so I know the difference so next time I will sit down dine -in and get a togo box since they give more when you dine inside. The shrimp is really good but the broccoli was over cooked I substitute the fries and got broccoli I really don't like burnt fries maybe they should go with another brand of fries like McDonalds or Wendy's fries not burnt looking. This is not a bad review just a review to make companies aware of their food items.
