Great food and awesome staff! Food is freshly cooked right in front of us since we chose hibachi style… chef Chau was spectacular in entertaining and an expert with his tools…would highly recommend if you area first timer for Japanese cuisine or a regular!!
Was told to seat ourselves, went to a table with 7 people and were told it’s a 6 person table. They ended up being okay with it as the restaurant was full, also were told food would take 2 hours. Understandable as it was packed, a couple minutes later he brings another manager out that tells us it is actually only for 4 people. Asking us to leave the restaurant, in a very rude manor which was displayed the whole time. We thought he was bud until we spoke to the manager, didn’t get his name but he’s short and black and has long dreads. He used very vulgar language and said “f*** you” to my father when he told him he will complain about this.
I Love Kanki’s ….. we enjoyed our experience this past Saturday as we celebrated our oldest son’s birthday. Our chef CHAU was Amazing and our food was good. He was glad that we took him . It was clean and not to over crowded we waited maybe about 20 minutes, which wasn’t long at all. I love this location its very convenient after we left we went shopping!
I was really craving Kanki, so we decided to splurge for a fun Tuesday night out. No reservation, but we were seated in ten minutes. Such luck! I was prepared to wait for an hour without any complaints.Gyoza app - pan fried - so delicious. I love their ponzu dipping sauce.My boyfriend and I both got the Emperors Delight - filet, chicken, and shrimp. Yum yum!Service was great. Our chef was very nice. Enjoyed the evening. We shall return!
Came to the area on business and tried this place because I'm staying across the street. Food and service are not good. Save your money and go to Benihana. I order medium ribeye and it came well done twice.Will never come back here again...
Wow, we had not been there in years and decided to go. We had a great time and the food was amazing. I even had enough left over for lunch the next day.
Their Sushi is outstanding, and the teppanyaki dishes are delicious. It's like dinner and a show! Ask for Skip for sushi/sashimi.
This is everyone in the family go to place for their birthday celebration. We usually go 2-3 times per year. Food is good and we love the cooking display. I am sure we are headed back soon. Always a lot of food which means leftovers for me! Lol ?
Have been a go to for years! Food is always good. The cooks that prepare the meal in front of you are always funny and entertaining. Note, there's usually a wait for that but if you don't want to wait, you can seat yourself at the bar and area around it. (Much faster)In image:Steak Kanki
