Always great coffee and food. I like the pre-order system. But when it goes wrong (like oops, forgot to fulfill your order, I'm terribly sorry), the baristas are the only ones to discuss your missing order. When Andrew was there he was always friendly, client focused and eager to engage the fulfillment errors. Not so anymore. Eye Contact? Telling Client to go look for it again (it's over there go check it again). No clue how to say, sorry. Weak customer service, but the quality of the product allows me to overlook the lack of caring. 5.0 it is.

Been coming here for years however it’s really gone downhill based on today’s experience. Iced Vanilla latte was so bad I couldn’t drink it. Literally dumped it down the sink when I got home. Are you even using counter culture beans anymore? Also, downsizing your cups. This shrinkflation has to stop. Bacon on our biscuit wasn’t even fully cooked. It was just an all around disappointment. I would rather see you raise prices if needed to maintain your quality, customers remember bad experiences, not prices. Luckily we don’t need Jubala, we have an espresso machine with REAL counter culture beans in our grinder. I recommend you do the same because every restaurant seems to be using cheaper ingredients/ downsizing what you get.

JUBALA COFFEE5 OUT OF 5 ?????*Sometimes there is nothing better than a great coffee shop vibe! Jubala provides an incredible experience coupled with amazing coffee and breakfast. I absolutely love going to the location in Lafayette Village, as it immediately feels warm and cozy when you walk in.*Jubala feels like a staple coffee shop in Raleigh to me. Like top 5 coffee shops for sure. If you haven't been yet, run don't walk!

Love this cool place! Me and my friend had the turkey sandwich, iced vanilla latte and turmeric tonic. The kiddos had yogurt granola and biscuit. Love that we could eat outside where there is grass and trees and where kids can play. The coffe shop is clean. Really nice restaurants around too. I recommend this place to hang out with friends and family. I recommend the outdoor seating if you have kids with you.

I always love coming here for the coffee. However this weekend was the first time I tried their breakfast. It was so delicious! We ordered a biscuit and waffle. The hardest part was choosing between all of the food options. I love that they are dog-friendly, as well as have a huge outdoor seating area.

I went here for the first time today for breakfast and coffee with my wife. The first impression, the ambiance is relaxed with nice music playing in the background that doesn't cause a distraction if you're there doing work/school-related projects. All the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very clean and appealing aesthetic!! The food and coffee were very pleasing. We ordered an Apple cinnamon liege Waffle along with a fried egg, cheese, and bacon sweet biscuit, and a fried egg, cheese, and sausage sweet biscuit. As for the drinks, a Miele latte, and a London Fog tea. The Waffle has apple pieces inside, very tasty! Overall, very pleased and I would recommend it!

Jubala is that perfect modern coffee shop vibe you’re looking for! Great coffee, food, and friendly staff. The location is perfect to have a little picnic out in the grassy area of Lafayette Village. I’ve had everything from business meetings to surprise engagement meetups here and the space is accommodating to whatever you need. Cool place to study or work remotely too!

We went around 8:30-8:45 on a Saturday morning. Place was packed, tables are very close. Coffee was delicious and the first one was hot. The second one was barely lukewarm. The place was very cold and we had people standing practically on us as they waited for their orders. Very noisy, too. We were hoping for a quiet place to read the news and drink our coffee slowly. But, we couldn't wait to get out of there. Too bad as there are not that many interesting options nearby.

I'm very sad to say I was disappointed in the quality of my drink today, I want to say it's because it was busy but this isn't the first time the drink wasn't well made. I've been faithfully coming to Jubalas for 7 years saying they have the best coffee in the RDU area, unfortunately with the past few visits I'm not sure I can say this anymore. If I could leave any advice, please don't "rush" an order because it seems like better customer service, I'd much rather wait and receive the best latte in RDU instead.

The service is always great here! Everybody’s always nice and very efficient. My favorite thing about going here is when you get a pour over, you get a whole pot on a wooden piece all to yourself! It makes the experience stand out. The only thing I wish is that the place was bigger. This coffee shop is often very busy and it is hard to find seating. Maybe they should open another shop. I know I’m not the only one that would absolutely love that!
