Great sandwiches and very fast if you order inside, but the delivery is definitely not “freaky fast”. Overall pretty good location
Good sandwiches. Not freaky fast, but there were only two people in the store & only one was actually preparing the food. I wish they delivered to us but instead of going by as the crow flies for distance they go by driving distance so we're just out of range. Slightly irritating, but I was craving a good sandwich so we picked it up.
We ordered Jimmy John's today for lunch and I highly recommended the Italian Night Club sandwich to my coworker. Unfortunately, this was the worst Italian Night Club I have ever had. It was missing the onions, oil & vinegar and oregano-basil that come with the sandwich. So disappointing!
If This Jimmy Johns doesn’t want to be open past 8 then shut the darn store. You have 1 employee on staff throwing stuff while I was trying to walk in. I turned around and walked me right back to my car. It was the most unprofessional thing I’ve seen in a while.
Usually this store is pretty good with paying attention to order notes but this time the guy dropped the ball. This was probably the worst jimmy Johns sandwich I’ve had.
I always get my food within 5 mins of me being here. The food is always great. No complaints there. I'm sad to see that there are people who are giving low stars because they are still requiring masks in a city that requires masks. Raleigh doesn't get rid of its mask mandate until 2/25/22 at 5pm. It's currently 2/23/22. If you have a problem with the store following protocol then eat somewhere else or wait 2 days.
Civil rights denied by fat neckbeard employee. Today is one day after statewide mask mandates have ended. I go to get a sandwich and the rude employee asks if Im picking up, I say no. He asks if I have a mask, I say no. He said he cant serve me without a mask. Civil rights violating, self righteous employees should not be allowed to engage with customers. Never again will I return and Ive already told all my friends to avoid this place. Hope losing 10 customers forever was worth it Jimmy Johns, put your fat, rude employee in check please.
Feb 4 2022. 7 pm. No one in the place. I walk in... do you have a mask? Still playing pandemic. Nope. Enjoying my chick Fila right now. Sad
Poor food no tea at 6:30 and when told They were out, no offer was made to make more. The woman making the food was rude and could careless if you were there. So go somewhere else for better food and service.
Delivery driver was extremely rude. When I called the store to speak with the manager Adam he laughed at the behavior displayed by his delivery driver.
