I visited JJs last night ready for the soft bread on my “cheat” day. I was disappointed that the bottom of the bread was hard as a brick. I called and asked to speak with the manager and their response was Oh, ok. No apologies or anything. Really?
Tried to eat inside but every single surface I touched was sticky so I left and ate in the car. Food was decent though.
very good. we enjoyed the food and the area
It took 18 minutes for me to get the one sandwich ordered. After I had waited for 15 minutes, I went up and asked if they knew when my sandwich would be ready. I was told that they would eventually get to my order but they had a lot of orders. I was the only one who had ordered since I had arrived and they had only taken one drive through order. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong order.
I am currently still waiting in a jimmy johns drive thru, 10 minutes after placing my order. My payment was taken but I’ve not received the items I paid for. There is no one ahead of me in line and no orders being fulfilled in store. I’ve tried to honk for their attention and have been blatantly ignored. It is a shame to have received such poor service.
Took 15+ minutes for them to service 2 cars in the drive through. Waited for nearly 10 minutes at window, and when I left the car behind me was still waiting at the order board. When I got back to work I discovered they'd apparently confused turkey for tuna, getting my order wrong, and further inconveniencing me this early afternoon. They did get my drink correct, and the sandwich they gave me was ok.
Ordered from the JJ's at 1:30. It arrived at 2:45. When I called, the person said, in an annoyed tone of voice and I quote: "It's on the way bruh". Then the sandwiches we received were not customized the way we ordered them. Surely will never order from here again, so the employees should rejoice- they won't be forced to do the job they're being paid to do, at least not on my account. Unacceptable.
Horrible experience at this location. I went through the drive-thru, and even though I was the only car in line, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make my sandwich. When I mentioned this to the girl at the counter (after she tried to ask for money a second time), she started to give ME attitude. On top of that, the sandwich they gave me was the wrong one and when I called the store about it, management was pretty unapologetic. I started eating the sandwich I got, and near the end, I bit into something gritty (like sand). I thought I would be sick. Absolutely disgusting!!!! I will never go to Jimmy John's again. It is not worth my time or my health.
Love Jimmy John's, but we will never come back to this location. First we pulled up to order at 2 pm and were told to come inside to place an order because they were short staffed. Upon entering the store there were 7 staff members behind the counter with only two other people in the store and they were already eating. How much staff does it take to make two sandwiches and hand us two cups for a drink. Apparently, not everyone felt they had to do their job or do it correctly because one of the seven took our order and another made our sandwiches while the other five made jokes and stood around. To top it off one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly.
Leaving a 2-star review for this store hurts my heart. But, after getting Jimmy Jons for most of my lunches during my work day over the past year, this store was once my favorite JJ's, making me smile every time I ordered from them, they were friendly and accurate with what I ordered, greeting me by name after I ordered consistently from them after starting my job in the area. Now, it has changed, and not for the better. I have ordered my lunch from them for the last 5 days straight. The first 3 days, I got a completely different sandwich than what I ordered, it was fine the 1st time, mistakes happen, I used to work in food service, I'm pretty okay with things like that usually. So I ate the incorrect sandwich and went about my day, the second day, same thing happened. Ordered a #2, with cucumber & hot peppers added (the same thing I order every time) and I instead, received what looked to be a rather hastily made blt with 2 slices of cucumber. After the 3rd day this happened again I was fed up, called the store to ask what was going on, talked with the manager, and was given ~$7 credit on my account, which was awesome, I felt heard and like things would get better. Thursday, I finally got my correct sandwich, except for the things I asked to be added, the cucumber and the hot peppers. Fine, whatever, at least I get the sandwich I wanted and paid for. BUT, today is Friday, and after ordering the same thing all week long, and getting more and more disappointed and frustrated during my meal break, I will be taking my credit, and my business, to any other restaurant in the area, disappoint me once, that's fine, twice, okay -ill get over it. But 5 times in one week, it is simply too much. I value my time and my money too much to waste it getting an incorrect, disappointing lunch. I genuinely hope that the original crew from that jimmy Jons have made their way to better jobs, I miss them terribly. They made my lunches awesome, smile-inducing things. And that is the thing I miss the most...
