Jersey Mike's is always good, but the staff made this place extra awesome. There were no other customers when we arrived, and often it is when a place is most empty that service suffers, but the crew jumped to serve us immediately, waited patiently while we figured it out, took a large pickup order while waiting for us to finish deciding, then flew through fixing the big stack of subs that had suddenly been ordered out of nowhere. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the cashier was friendly and smiling even as I worked my way through 4 gift cards to pay for our meal. By the time we sat down, there were 6 more customers in line, and the crew seemed cheerful and worked fast. It just felt happy there. We will be back.
Every time I come to this Jersey Mike’s it is something. They either closing the grill down an 1.5 early or they closing the store early. A sign was placed on the door tonight staying they need a 20 minute break. I honored the break. The sign didn’t have a time and at that moment I had already been sitting out side 10 min so I asked the employee what time was the sign posted and he didn’t know so I asked for a manager because I can honor a sign no problem just let me know how much longer I will be waiting. The manager had no clue so at this moment you all just have a sign up with no desire to take it down. I love living in the Falls River community. However, if you aren’t that hungers drive to the Jersey Mike’s in Wakefield Plantation less confusion.
Normal I keep Jersey mikes at the top of the sub chain. Today I wasn’t impressed. This location is SOOO loud, I’m only 1 of 4 customers. Employees yelling across the dining room. Sub was mediocre, an odd complaint had too much meat on it, couldn’t taste the toppings. Sub wasn’t cut in half like usual.Pros- place was clean however. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The place everything so dirty and the meat at cheese they out together and they don't wrapped everything in one refrigerator. The counter was a mess with the old meat in the top and the bread so old
Great for lunch on the go. Takeaway food good prices. Wide variety of hot and cold batches with tasty fillings.
Order was made to go. Cold subs had multiple hairs in them. Hot sub was fine and delicious. Maybe this was an off day. But I will not go to this location again.
Stopped in real quick to grab lunch for my son who forgot to bring his to school?. The 3 young ladies working all greeted me kindly, were professional and efficient, and worked together in a rhythm you don’t often see these days!
Did an online order, it WAS NOT correct, I asked for A Mini Italian with Mayo on BOTH SIDES of the bread, mikes way with no Vinegar, Pickles ON THE SIDE. GOT in the work truck I got a Mini Italian that WAS NOT CUT, Did not have any tomatoes on it, but they put pickles instead, and Mayo only on one side. I asked for MIKES WAY, as a Former EMPLOYEE Outta Roxboro NC I know exactly how this sub was supposed to be made and the right way.. I am highly disappointed.
I went in to order and was told that the system was down I sat in the parking lot debating on if I wanted to go to Bojangles when a car pulls and the guy gets out and goes inside and doesn't come right back out. So I called and magically their system was up that fast imagine the shock on the girl's face who lied abs did the system was down. I wish I could give zero stars especially after trying to give me a dry sandwich
